      Good value and very consistent speedy service I have taken all of my cars here 6 years. Both my father and uncle also get there oil changes here and they have been coming here long before me !

      These guys will have you in and out of here. Very quick and efficient service. They give you exactly what you ask for and they make sure to do it all in-front of you, which I like. They won't rip you off, very honest shop compared to other places that charge you an arm and a leg for labor costs. The boss here is a nice guy. These guys always check my tires, air filter, & all fluids. Been going here for over 2 years now and will continue to. I usually get an synthetic oil change here.

      Worse experience ever. I have been going here for at least 6 years. Once with my Buick and now with my BMW. I went to get a $110 oil change, simple right? No. Technician Samuel, replaced the filter and in the process broke my coolant hose. They then told me that Kevin(owner) would need to come and replace the hose. They had me wait and hour and a half for Kevin to arrive. As I was waiting, tech(Omar) told me this is common and happens all the time. This has never happened on my car so that did not make the situation better. I had to ask Omar multiple times when will the owner plan on getting here with no updates. Upon Kevin arriving, I ask him, "if this is so common, why don't you all have hoses on hand?." He immediately gives me attitude and tells me that "you people always harass." I say "you people?" with a look of confusion and he immediately asks as if I am bothering him because I ask him why does a customer have to wait an hour and a half for an issue they cause. In the end. He placed the hose but my coolant light is now on. Not only am I filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau but i suggest that you DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. WORSE SERVICE EVER.

      Great service, the guys there are really helpful in suggesting what type of oil i need. And even set up my car so that i can get my engine lights to show. (Wasn't set up when i got my car, whoops)
      Reasonable price. But they open at 9 am!! Yelp told me 8.

      I've been coming here for years on my lunch break. The last time I came it was a note that said on break be back in 30 minutes. That was at 12 noon. I couldn't wait because I had to get back to work so I said fine I'll try another day. Then I go again the next week at 12:40 thinking OK they should be off break by now since it's 30 min. On Lunch break back in 30 minutes. I asked the guy who was leaving, is the break 30 minutes or an hour? I just wanna know because I don't want to keep coming and you all on break. He said its 30 minutes but we ran late today so will be open at 1:15pm. Both times customers have left due to the unknown. I was going to get a new filter today because I've been here at least three times and noticed they never asked if I want it changed. I miss the old crew but all good things come to and end. Not coming back because the timing is too unpredictable. Get it together before more of your customers go away.

      Paid $90 for new oil. Tech finished in 5 minutes. I asked whether they completed all the services listed because it was so quick!

      They told me they checked everything and the fluids were full. Supposedly, I had a special filter that brought the oil change from $78 to $90. They didn't change the filter- I guess just checked it. Up charge me for a special filter but never touch it??? Clearly, it was too soon to get an oil change. Because they only gave me new oil, which I'm not so sure they did. The ink on the mileage label from the place I normally go to rubbed off after my car was detailed, so I wasn't sure if I reached the 5,000 miles. I would've appreciated the Tech telling me before taking my $90 that I didn't need an oil change. I felt taken advantage of and I will not be back. I only went there because I was in the area and thought it was time for an oil change,

      These guys are very friendly and always so respectful ( they are young) but they know what they are doing. I showed up early and they were honest and said I could still carry on and come back in a couple of weeks. When I did they carried out the oil change efficiently and reset my car alert. So pleased with the service thank you

      They thought they were sly but are using regular oil and selling as synthetic. The jugs are all sealed except the ones they use for customers which are refilled from the cheap bulk regular oil. I watched them do it to mine and the car beside me. When I called him on it he walked away knowing their scam was known.

      Less than 5 hours after having an oil change here my car overheated and broke down in another city. The next day I had it towed to my usual mechanic and he found that my radiator was bone dry. While I do have a small crack in my radiator hose he explained that it doesn't leak that fast (I only need to fill it once a week and it drives fine) and that Insta Lube must've forgotten to top off the fluids or to check it even though it's included in the price of the oil change. No biggie right? Mistakes happen and I wasn't mad, but I did want to talk to them about getting a refund. Their response to this is why I'm writing this review today.

      I called over a span of 6 days and left my number multiple times and never received a callback. Their voicemail isn't set up so I couldn't leave a message and their email address doesn't work either. When I did finally drive by while the owner Kevin was there, he treated me with more disrespect than I could've imagined. He first made an in poor taste joke about women and their purses when I had to look for my car keys, and flat out accused me of lying. He called me "deceitful" and refused to even consider that maybe they just made a mistake. When I asked for their insurance information he refused to give it to me. When I asked for their email address he told me he didn't have to and when I tried to explain that their email and phone weren't fully operational he accused me of lying again even though I showed him the email I tried to sent on my phone. It was apparent he didn't really care about me the customer and had no interest in reading it or hearing what I had to say. When I finally did get him to hear me out a little bit and I explained that this is what I was told by the other mechanic he just asked, "Well why did you come here if you have a mechanic?" The audacity of asking why I choose him in response to a customer complaint is just mind-boggling to me. In truth, I went because it was closer to my house which is a mistake that I won't be making again. I hope that this review, and the BBB and San Lorenzo Community Page post that I'm submitting will help others avoid the same abuse I experienced at this shop.
