Usually would purchase battery at Costco but my vehicle has battery under driver's seat instead of in the engine bay like most other vehicles. Knowing that Costco also sources Interstate batteries I decided to check this place out.

First came on weekday to get a battery test and I met Mike. Mike was really friendly and knowledgeable on my vehicle, brought out his testing tool and he immediately told me that battery voltage was too low. I already knew that the battery needed to be replaced since cold starts have been sluggish. I decided to make an appointment with Mike and return a couple days later. I was told it would take about an hour and the cost would be much less than what the dealer was going to charge me!

When I came in for appointment, Mike was not there yet, but Dina was there to greet me and asked to confirm what battery I needed for my vehicle. Mike then arrived and started working on my vehicle to remove the seat and battery. He then showed me the old original and the new one to be replaced. Mike finished up in 30 minutes, amazing! While Mike was working Dina was friendly in talking about the company and batteries they sell.

Just adding to the 5 star experience with this business. Dina (hopefully spelled correctly) is impressively knowledgeable in her trade and honored the warranty on my truck battery. I have purchased many types of batteries from Interstate. Truck, RV, Marine, the tiny round batteries and even picked up a couple of portable flashlights. We are lucky to have this business so close to home. Go here. You won't be disappointed.

I just took my car keys here this morning to have the fob batteries replaced. They were able to work on it immediately and got it done super quick! I'm really impressed with the service here. They were incredibly nice and tested everything out to make sure it was working as it should.

I'm really glad that I brought my car fob batteries here to be fixed as it wasn't that easy. And one of the screws was rusty so they had to use special equipment. I will definitely be back in the future! A great neighborhood gem.
