I always call with battery # before driving over and the guys on the phone have always been helpful. No trouble at all.

Prices are fair, service is great, batteries are high quality. What else could you want from a battery store???

Right off the freeway - take the Millbrae Ave exit and head east. Great lobster roll place around the corner if you happen to be there around lunch time. :)

The battery on my car did not have enough strength, especially cold cranking amps. It came down to the battery was done for, and it was time for a new one. Plus, it was a 5-year battery, so I jumped my car and drove it to Burlingame to drop in a drop of a returned item. Since I was in the area with tools in the trunk, I stopped at Interstate to buy a battery and replace it myself on the spot. Service was excellent, and they knew exactly what they wanted and similar prices compared to everywhere else for an AGM battery.

I drove all the way down from San Francisco because the website said they were open today the sign on the door says they are closed tomorrow and the other sign on their door says that they're open from 8:00 to 5:00 yet the door is locked no one's there I called first just figured it was really busy because everyone was trying to have their business dealt with before they were closed tomorrow so I just headed straight down here before they closed. Once again monumental waste of gas

I was pleased to see an actual brick and mortar building for an Interstate battery business. I've in the past have had to order my batteries online and had it shipped.

I've always been a fan of the Optima model of the Interstate brand. Those batteries have been my choice since they were invented. My go to colors are the red top and the yellow top. Both are great depending what you are using them for.

I have the red top in my car that I use for my daily commute and that thing is still running strong. The yellow top is in my truck that is lifted and needs a little more power since I have a stereo system and a wench that I use when I go off-roading with the click.

So depending on an individual's lifestyle, choose properly which batteries would suit you. If in doubt, the sales rep is extremely helpful and surely knows their stuff and can match you with the proper product.

The battery on my CRV was at its last leg, had to get a replacement battery and this place IS is the place to go! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have equipment that will test your existing battery to its condition. Located right off 101, and plenty of parking.

i highly recommend interstate battery!! they were super nice and helpful. they don't do small retail stuff but still helped me out with my issue (key fob for my car wasn't working). they went above and beyond- can't recommend them enough!!

I also like Tesla autos. They have batteries too. But they are not green. Maybe interstate will sell them batteries?!

I've been going to Interstate Battery systems for around 11 years. Always a pleasant experience, although, every time I visit I usually buy something in addition to what I originally needed . ( battery charger,flashlight, other type of batteries) this last visit my optima "yellow top" finally started acting up & needed replacement. I didn't realize until got it out of my car that I had purchased it 2007! Unbelievable! I also want to thank Mike & Jeff. Mike has always been a great representative of this business & a pleasure to work with , Jeff is who I dealt with this visit, informative & professional. I've bought batteries for motorcycles , American British & Japanese .Interstate as far as I know has pretty much any type battery you could possibly need. Quality products @ blue collar prices. This particular store has a "old school " feel about it . This is the only place I'll go for batteries

My brothers car was in need of a battery asap and chris was nice enough to get us the battery right than and there . I have never been to anything like this but must say experience was smooth and fast . Chris gave us a qoute over the phone and had the battery ready for us to pick up.

Arrived at the establishment and it literally only took 10 minutes for everything. They put it in and took the old battery and just like that we were set to go .Not to mention I totally freak out when stuff like these arise .

Great service I called a few hours before to make sure they had my batteries in stock. They did, no real surprise there. However the counter guy took it upon himself to get them out and have them ready even though I didn't ask him to do so, or even indicate I was on my way. Pretty cool, eh?

I knew mine needed to be replaced, but they had testing gear at the ready and were at the ready to offer accurate assessment of the situation. Full marks!

Easy access and parking. COVID-friendly with spacing reminders and hand sanitizer, etc.

Awesome service each time I've had to come in to get a battery! I now put Interstate Batteries in everyone of our vehicles hands down the best!! If you need a battery don't waste time and money going anywhere else you won't be disappointed with the service nor the product
