If you're a skeptic about companies that have all 5 star reviews, you should be. They may actually be a great business OR they might be like this one where they bother you for days on end to remove your negative review for a refund .
This guy is trying to make me look like a liar even though I'm just reviewing what my experience was. Here is a screenshot with timestamps of how our convo started. As you can see, he auto replies with "$85 flat." He did not tell me $275 until I got there in person, and I was fine with it. (See also-- screenshot of receipt with timestamp) So his little response that he told me 'ahead of time' and that I showed up 'the next day for my appt' is him lying. I suggested he should be more upfront with the cost and add "'starting' at $85 'depending on phone model'" to his autoreplies then and he said he doesn't want to scare people away or something to that effect. Why assume-- I mean, who still has a working iPhone 6??
Anyway, the cost isn't even the problem. My only gripe is that I got my screen replaced and now my phone doesn't work like it used to.

Stop bothering me now! You mean nothing to me! Good bye!Jun 3, 2024Previous reviewThe repair was quick, which was appreciated, and the screen looks nice, but that's about it. The quote given was $85 to fix my iPhone screen, but turned out to be $275+ tax (iPhone 13 pro). I was in a time crunch, so I just went with it and now I regret it. My battery is draining faster than ever. I have to charge it at least twice a day just to keep up with my daily usage whereas before I could go a whole 24 hours before getting down to 10%. The screen does not adjust the color brightness appropriately anymore, it doesn't do the night time mode and everything appears to have a tint of blue. I wanted to wait another year before getting a new phone but it looks like I'll have to get one sooner than later because I can't be charging my phone twice a day!
If you have a newer iPhone and want the same phone efficiency quality, Apple might be better for their genuine parts. I wish I researched more when it came to fixing broken screens first.- Ra P.Alamo, CA12Aug 1, 2024
This place is awesome. Walked up with a broken glass back on an iphone. Had the repaired phone back in 2 hours. I highly recommend this place for any/all repairs. Great prices and great work

I had a broken iPhone 13 Pro back -- which I was warned would be pricey to replace -- and he was half the price of Best Buy and less than another independent shop too. Super quick quotes (I used Yelp) and clear communication online too. It's in the middle of a big shopping area so I ate lunch and ran a bunch of errands while I waited.
