iPhone Repair Squad

went today as a walk in for my iphone 12 pro for front/back repair as both sides were broken/shattered. got a quote quickly, and picked up my phone later that day, looked brand new. good quality work, very fair prices (much cheaper than apple store). he really knows that he's doing, would highly recommend.

also, owner was very honest and told me that he found an intact front screen (only screen protector was shattered) and charged me just for the back replacement. i was impressed as he could easily have charged me for both without me ever knowing.

Ended up Breaking my phone once again... luckily this place wasn't too far from my job.

I think he focuses more on broken screens than technical issues. My phone died one day so I took it in. He kept telling me to come back in an hour without providing any real answers. Ultimatley he said i should take it to an apple store and charged me $40. Pricing was never mentioned. Never got professional vibes. Tons of other options in the area to consider.

Roman did a great job on my iPad. He replaced the screen quickly and was able to do it in less than :90. I talked to others and they said I would have to wait a couple days. Thank you

I was very skeptical that Roman could fix my iPhone14 pro. After having dropped it, the face recognition no longer worked and Apple said the lens was broken and it would cost $650 + tax to repair it.
Roman fixed it, replaced the screen protector and replaced by camera lens protector (that, I had) for less than half of what Apple would have changed w/out all the extra stuff he did on top. I am skeptical no more.

Amazing customer service. I came in with a non working iPad (which turned out to have a very simple fix). Roman fixed it in seconds and refused to charge me for his time. Will definitely go back when I have issues with my other tech products!
