Request a service repair on an 8 year old Samsung dryer. Turns out it wasn't a belt problem. It was a pulley. The quote price was reasonable. I checked elsewhere and it was more. This was the best service and price that I couldn't pass up. Jose was quick to fix it within half an hour because I had to go back to work. I will definitely be using him for another service again.

When a major appliance stops working, it's always an inconvenience, but it doesn't have to be a major stressor; just call iTech Appliance Repair Service. On two separate occasions, when I had issues with my stove and dryer, Joselito, owner and manager of iTech, provided excellent customer service and saved the day. I recommend texting him with information about your location, photos of the appliance, including the label detailing the make and model, and a description of the issue. Joselito communicates well, is reliable and gets the job done - professionally, pleasantly and effectively.

Joselito came quickly after my request and on time, fixing my dryer in less than an hour. I would recommend him to anyone.

Our dishwasher soap dispenser stopped working. We messaged Jose on Yelp, and got a response almost instantly. He was able to come to our house the next day. He provided a time window, and was on time - he even told us his ETA proactively. And when he came in, he was polite & personable. And the job was done well, and quickly. Highly recommended!

Joselito was the one who fixed my appliances. He is a very friendly person. It was very quick and reasonably priced. I'm so glad I didn't buy a new dryer. The heat was not working for my dryer, and one of my stove top was not igniting the flame and the other one had a very low flame. I called, he came, and he fixed both my stove top and dryer within an hour. Very happy with the repairs!

Another service told me our washer was at the end of its life and it wasn't worth fixing. Jose convinced me otherwise! Not only was he prompt, efficient and affordable, but he had the right tool to get our stacked washer/dryer out of a tight space by himself. We saved a lot of money, and didn't send a huge hunk of junk to the landfill. I am SO glad I called him.

I highly recommend José! I called and asked if he could fix the gasket on my Electrolux washing machine. He checked the model right then and gave me a quote and said he could come that afternoon. He kept me updated on his planned arrival time by text, which I appreciated and arrived right in the window he originally predicted. He fixed my washer quickly! He was super easy to work with! If I ever need appliance repairs again, I will be calling him!

I live in Oakland. He told me he couldn't help me over the phone because he "doesn't come out here". Even though his yelp shows his service area completely extends over Oakland. Not to mention other yelp reviews that show he's helped other people in Oakland, including me 3 months ago (I checked my venmo and he came to help me before). But this time he just refuses to help me for some reason. Why did he suddenly decide to treat me this way?

He did everything to dodge helping me this time. A few weeks back he referred me to another company because there was no room in his schedule. Ok sure thats fine, so I made an appointment with the other company but they were a no-show on the day of the appointment. So I called iTech back and that's when he finally gave me the line "I don't come out there".

I'm still not sure what his reason is for refusing to help me, but I actually don't think it has to do with service area.

Jose and ITech were 5 stars from start to finish. Our stove was out and he determined it was a circuit breaker and not the stove. The owner of our property was so grateful for his integrity and honesty. He also was very good at communicating with me all along as we went over the times and address for our appointment.
