J & J Auto Glass

My car got broken into on a Saturday and they broke my rear windshield. On Monday I spoke to my insurance company who gives me a list of shops to call and the soonest they could replace my window was the following week.

Driving around with a broken windshield with anticipated rain to come was not desirable so I went on Yelp and found J&J Auto Glass with awesome reviews. Jose said he could get it all done by the next day after 3pm. So I booked him to have it replaced at my work parking lot.

The next day he actually arrived earlier, replaced the windshield and vacuumed all the broken glass in my trunk in less than an hour while I was in my office working.

Not only was the service provided excellent, I also got 50% off my deductable(Yelp special) so that a nice bonus!

Jose and his team is amazing. They are very quick in responding and make the experience not stressful after a rock chipped the windshield. The quoted price was good and the service by Edwin was amazing. I misunderstood about the procedure, but Edwin helped to clarify it later so I have to highly recommend J & J Auto Glass to anyone needing to get their windshield repaired.

J&J still doing awesome work! They just did my 2022 VW GLI front windshield after getting a crack in the windshield that just kept growing due to all the storms happening recently. Helped me with my insurance process and awesome service as usual. Great communication and work.

I hate leaving poor reviews, esp when I have no idea on the actual quality of their work, but I sent a request for a bid on 6/2 and received no response. Whatever people get busy, things fall through the cracks...I've done it myself.

So, I sent another message letting them know I was still waiting for a response on 6/6 and it's now 6/10 and still no response.

I was excited to find a place with so many good reviews but I'm left thinking maybe they are BS.

I had my windshield replaced twice with J & J (I got unlucky with two rock chips and cracks within the same year). I wanted a place that would use OEM glass, would bill insurance directly, and would calibrate the cameras,L. J&J was the only option I found. They come to you and are super professional and quick! I was very impressed by the quality of their work and their customer service. I highly recommend them!

I had my auto glass replaced on my civic. The tech arrived within the window he stated and completed the job in 45 minutes. He was professional and friendly. Lastly, the quote for the job was inline with the other companies.

Jose did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I reached out to a couple companies to get an estimate - he responded the fastest and worked with my insurance, making it a very seamless process. He even helped with getting OEM glass for my Mazda which was important to me.

He came onsite and did the repair within 2 hrs, including the recalibration.

Overall, amazing experience with J & J Auto Glass! Highly recommended.
