Was looking for a shop to install a Compustar Remote Start Device. J and J automotive came up upon search. Picked up the phone super quick and followed with some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a while.

Would not indicate whether they could do the service. Threatened to "not do it" and would not let me speak. Baseline rude. First the receptionist, next whom I assume to be a mechanic. Extremely rude, will never refer.

As I've said before, these people are really tops at what they do. Nothing seems to big or small and really reasonable. Oliver is an excellent fellow. What he doesn't know about car audio is really worth knowing. They are moving to Valley Drive. Looking forward to seeing the new premises

Mr.Joe is the owner and a very friendly person. He provided a great service and also the best price in the area for the windshield replacement.

Very easy to work with. I was in from out of town and had a day layover. Called in late morning to ask if they could install a security system in my car the same day? They got me in at 3 and out by 5:30. Very solid installation. While I was waiting I saw numerous repeat customers coming and going ... all seemed very happy.

J&J Automotive quickly assessed an age-old electric drain in my '91 Mercedes so that it runs reliably now despite other garages not being able to identify the problem. They also took out the tape deck player and installed my JVC CD player/stereo that fits perfectly and plays excellent! They were very nice, very professional, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Want to thank everyone at J&J Automotive for their excellent services. I made my appointment in person a week before I dropped my truck off. I recently got an alignment at this location. My 2012 Toyota Tacoma has been having alignment issues since I installed a 2" lift kit in the front. J&J installed the 2" rear leveling kit that I provided and now the truck is leveled and alignment properly. I would highly recommend them for alignments and suspension installs. I am sure that there other services are great as well. I will be return here for an car alarm install and remote start. Thank you.

Purchased a car starter for my wife. The staff here is very friendly and helpful.

The did a great job on the install and had it done earlier than the quoted time.

One again these guys are the best at what they do i brought a set of aftermarket rims and had these guys install them for me this is my second time dealing with them trust me they are the best at price and their craft i recommend them highly. Don. W.

I went there to install my car's remote starter, they help me a lot, answer all my questions (which i had a lot) and did a great job in just a couple hour.

These guys are very professional. I had a car starter installed for my mother. Dropped it off in the morning. He gave me a few options on what remote I wanted. Called 4 hours later to tell me it was done. The guy, Mike, walked me outside to show me how it worked and answer my questions. Very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend and use these guys in the future.
