I have been using Jorge and his family for YEARS. We have to eventually do a trenchless replacement of the line, but that would mean no more regular visits from these fine people!

Seriously, though, i cannot recommend them highly enough. Very competitively priced; working around the clock, and always finding a way to fit me in when needed in an emergency.

I won't use anyone else.

J J Rooter, and Jorge, are just great! They did a pretty tricky lateral pipe replacement for us. Very responsive, good price, and really a pleasure to deal with. We plan to use them soon to do some big-deal plumbing in the house.

Great service. Provided helpful tips on what steps I should take to resolve issue. Very dedicated and approachable, wanting to help you get your problem solved though it is for a different type of service (pest control)

J&J were responsive, communicative and worked quickly! Our sink/disposal clogged and the guys were able to show up first thing in the morning and help resolve the issue. They were transparent about pricing and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I highly reccomend and would use them again in the future!

Six years after my first experience with Jorge and his team, I remain a big fan of their work for both indoor plumbing work and outdoor French drains, lateral repair and replacement, sump pumps, etc. And the best part, in addition to being very fairly priced, they left the site immaculate, were responsive, quick and focused. These guys are great for plumbing needs indoor and outdoor.

Work was fine but price is very high. Over $400 to fix a pinhole leak on my kitchen sink which took less than 30 minutes. Call around and get estimates before committing to them.

Removed our old and corroded kitchen in-sink waste disposal unit and at same time installed a new sink faucet (we had gotten the new faucet ourselves, but installation required Jorge to cut away a little bit of the Corian sink lip.) Great work, responsive,reliable. Cleaned up after finishing, recycling what could be recycled and took away the rest. We recommend JJ, and we'll be calling them for our future plumbing needs.

Jorge was communicative, fast, and super nice. He was able to squeeze me in before I left for a trip and was in and out in 11 minutes! He easily fixed a leak I had when I tried to install my bathroom faucet myself. Next time, I'll go to Jorge from the beginning and not go through the hassle myself haha. Thanks Jorge!

Review from 5:30 pm - I called on a Saturday morning at 9:30am for a clogged drain as the business is open Saturday 9-5. I was asked to text all my information to the same number that I had called and told that "a technician would call me back to arrange a same day afternoon visit". After waiting all day, I called again at 3pm and got voicemail. I left a message that I was still waiting to hear from someone. It is now 5:30pm and the business is closed. No call. I did call another company at 3pm and they agreed to come tomorrow morning, on a Sunday. I have no idea what the communication problem was, but a no show, no call is a bummer when I can't use my kitchen sink.

Edited at 8pm, same day - I finally got a text at 5:37pm telling me that a technician was on the way. Then a phone call around 6pm telling me that they'd be there in 20-30 minutes. When I told the guy on the phone that I had no idea they were coming and no one called or answered their business line he said they just put me on the schedule. The guys showed up at about 6:30, and to their credit, they were great - fixed the problem and were super helpful and patient, especially considering that it was Saturday night and the job they were doing at my house must have been holding them up from going home and their own dinner. So 5 stars for the work, but only 1 or 2 for the office/business end and communication .

PROS: Jorge did a good job clearing a clogged storm drain in my driveway. He was also responsive with getting me a quote and scheduling a repair. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

CONS: When we talked on the phone, he said the estimate was $385 - $485, but the cost ended up being significantly higher at $685 (originally $785 but he said he'd knock off $100). He said this was because he had to hydrojet two ends of the drain so it counted as two events. I don't know how legit this reasoning is and my main complaint is he didn't mention this cost increase ahead of time. Had I known the cost was $685, I would have shopped around more for other options. Based on this experience, I would recommend reconfirming the price at the start of any job.
