I've had Jaime for a few years now and I'm just about fed up. He had a high turnover rate it seems so there are different guys coming almost every other time they come out. He isnt responsive to calls. My backyard looks like crap because rather than coming on scheduled weekends I think the new guys are trying to fit me in during the week when my gate is locked. I've discussed this with him several times and looks like I'm getting the short end of the stick. I hope this negative review makes him improve his customer service because I haven't been able to get a call back from him in a month. But he keeps sending me a bill on time, that's for sure.

When I started the Jaime Munoz Gardening service, I was told that the gardener would come every two weeks on a Saturday for my backyard. It started out this way, and then the gardener did not show up on Saturday or a 1 whole month. Then I started to keep track of when they came and what I was billed. I was being billed for gardening that was not happening. When I installed cameras around my house, I noticed that they would come during the week. Well, this does not work for someone who works full-time and has dogs. I need to plan for visits. I also would ask for the gardener to pull the weeds in the front yard, they would pull couple of them and then just leave with weeds still present in the front yard. Due to his high turnover, the gardeners are never the same people. When I confronted Jaime about how the gardeners were not coming on Saturday, he said in rude manner, that nobody was home. Since I am a hombody on the weekends, I knew he was not telling the truth.

After trying for four days to get him to schedule a visit to my place to hire him, I've given up and gone in search of someone else. Maybe he doesn't need the business.

Jamie was very good for many months, but the service got less and less over the last few months. Now his crew hasn't shown up for a couple months and Jaime hasn't returned my calls. He continues to send bills, though. Several other people say they have a similar experience with him. I'm guessing he gets busy and then drops customers without communicating. Talented service, unacceptable customer service.

Jaime and his crew did a fantastic job turning my piece of dirt into an awesome grassed side yard and landscaped front gardens, I told him my vision and he executed it at a reasonable price. His Dad is a harder worker than most young guys out there too.

I have called Jaime Munoz gardening services to perform shrub removal, tree trimming and fencing. The projects are done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. Jaime returns my calls quickly and is a pleasure to work with!

Good service-they come and do the work and you have a clean yard. The only bummer is their bookkeeping. We pay them automatically from our bank each month, but they continuously send us invoices stating that we are months behind. We have considered canceling the service due to this annoyance.
