Janaina and Luciano are fantastic all the way around! They are quick and very thorough, all at a great price. Jana is very communicative and flexible with scheduling. We have a very busy household that makes their job a challenge sometimes, but it doesn't matter. The house is always sparkling by the time they are done. I've gone thru several house cleaning services before I found them, but I'll never have to look for another one!

Jana responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to assess the job remotely.

The quoted cost was reasonable and transparent. Jana was clear on the scope without a lot of contingencies. I appreciated the clarity.

Jana and Luciano are the best that I could find in SF, I tried many cleaners before but couldn't asked them to back for second cleaning as I had to clean after they left.. BUT I know this couple from March and been so helpful for my house chores. Since I have them every 2 weeks I barely need to work and clean as they both such a deep cleaners. Also every time I asked them to have more time the answer is always YES! Alway on time and follow the house rules. I told them once what I need and they follow, no need to repeating again and again.
They are my trust forever.

Janaina and her family are the BEST!!! We needed someone to turn our home for Airbnb rentals over the summer and I really wanted to avoid hiring a big-box cleaning company to do it. I was looking for a small one-woman shop that I could build a relationship with.

They not only got it done but did an absolutely amazing job with it, keeping me updated with text messages and pictures. I could not have asked for anyone better and would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asked.

Janaina is still our regular cleaner, and professionally services two commercial properties. Extremely reliable, organized, trustworthy, and is just a lovely person all around. Very happy with her services!

My husband and I met with several cleaning agencies when the majority of our restaurant construction was finished. Some specialized in commercial spaces; some were more and some less expensive than Janaina's.

After meeting Jana and her husband, we had a feeling they would do the best job cleaning the post-construction havoc! (It was BAD.) And well ... we were right! Jana and Luciano arrived bright and early with lots of energy and enthusiasm and left our restaurant SPOTLESS! It was like walking into a real life episode of a Restaurant Makeover show.

In addition, they are both the sweetest couple! And incredibly easy to work with. We will definitely be hiring Janaina's Cleaning Service whenever our space needs a deep cleanse.

Jaqueline is a very hard worker and quickly covered a very large area that needed deep cleaning. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a special cleaning or routine maintenance.
