Believe the hype. No wonder all the celebrities grab a Japadog when they're in town. The phenomenal flavour combos are unique and very addictive.
With so many styles and flavours to sample, Japadog will keep you coming back for more. They have veggie options and non-veggie options.
One of their sausages, Kurobuta Okonimi, is topped with fried cabbage, Japanese Traditional sauce, Japanese mayo, and Bonito flakes. They also have chicken hot dogs, wagyu beef ones, tonkatsu, kurobuta croquettes, poutine and many flavours of takoyaki.
Another sausage popular among Japanese customers is the Kurobuta Oroshi which has grated radish, green onions and a special soy sauce on it.
I picked option # 1, KUROBUTA TERIMAYO, which is a
Kurobuta Pork sausage topped with fried onions, Teriyaki sauce, Japanese mayo and ample strips of seaweed sprinkled on top. It was so good.

Jill R.Lucas, TX1514Jul 1, 2024While in Vancouver we wanted to try this. We ended up ordering several different items. We enjoyed them all. I didn't care for the sauce on the wasabi balls because they didn't taste spicy at all. Other than that the food was unique and fun to try.
