I recently had the pleasure of working with Jazz Heating and Air Conditioning and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment Sergio stepped into our home for the evaluation and quote, his professionalism and thoroughness were evident. He gave us a detailed breakdown and set the bar high.

Then came the real heroes of the story - Dominic and Hector from Team 5, Truck 7. Despite the blistering 100+ degree heat, they went above and beyond, installing a brand new furnace, zone control, coil, and condenser with the utmost dedication. Their resilience and hard work left me in awe.

But what truly stood out was the personal touch they added by taking the time to walk us through the system, ensuring we knew how to get the best out of it. This wasn't just an installation; it was a masterclass in customer service.

Thanks to the Jazz Heating and Air Conditioning team, we are now comfortably beating the summer heat wave. If I could, I'd give them 100 stars. Highly recommended!

PRV replacement: I was hearing loud water hammer sound when the automated sprinkler turns on At my home. Carlos Mandoza diagnosed high water pressure due to non functioning PRV and helped to replace it. The sound went away after replacement. Couple of other technicians checked this out before Carlos from both Jazz and another company but couldn't diagnose the root cause correctly We wasted money replacing extension tank and water heater.

Just had a follow up visit by Jazz to help set up our new Lennox heat and A/C system. Bryan Westall came and was exceptional in explaining the ins and outs of the new Lennox smart thermostat, helping to set up schedules on it, and installing and configuring some optional remote sensors that feed data to the main thermostat. His patience in taking us through all the available setup options was great, as was his knowledge of the new system.

Great experience with Jazz, start to finish with complete heat and a/c install. Comfort Advisor Justin, no pressure to purchase "deluxe system", determined what was right. Techs Will and Philipe were great on install. Only glitch was defective thermostat, right out of the box. Will set up temporary unit until new one arrived, tech Bryan came out and installed/ connected new unit to my smartphone. Definitely recommend Jazz for any hvac work.

I've been using jazz heating for a while now and they're great. I've been having issues with our system and Sanny took his time to figure out what was going on. He found a leak and also told us that it could be our coils that need to be replaced. Our system is old and the builders didn't use the correct system for our square footage.

Sanny gave us recommendations and didn't pressure us to buy anything. We ended up not purchasing a whole system but when we do decide we'll definitely keep Jazz heating in mind. Thank you again Sanny we appreciate your help.

Company came out to give me a quote for an automatic shut off valve that I needed installed for the gas line per new insurance requirements.

The company was professional when it came to setting the appointment and the technician showed up on time and was friendly and professional. But then what I got back from them for pricing was shocking!

My advice to anyone planning to work with them is to call and get several other quotes as this is the first company I had called based on my insurance agent's recommendation and their quote was almost 5x higher than what I ended up paying another company to do the same job! I couldn't believe it...I mean I can understand some difference but there's no justification to be almost 5x higher...we are talking about thousands of dollars in price difference for a simple 1 - 1.5 hour labor for this job. When I asked their tech why it costs so much and what the hourly labor rate was he wouldn't quite give me a proper breakdown but told me it would be a couple of hours for the install and the part was expensive because I had a 2 inch gas line which is apparently not standard and that he had never seen a 2" gas line in the decades of doing this work and needed to order special parts. Seemed odd to me that a shut off valve could cost so much so I decided to get some other quotes...ends up that another company was able to do the install on a 1.5" section of the line and ended up completing the job in just over an hour or so and saved me thousands of dollars. I'm glad I double checked and I would recommend anyone else thinking of using this company should double check too just to keep them honest! I can't believe they thought it's ok to charge that much more thinking that I would not know and would just pay it.

I'm only 1 data point but hopefully this helps others decide too.

My experience was superb from front to end - sales, installation, and back office.

I was pleasantly surprised because these experiences are not always the case, especially when intricate projects are implemented and our hard-earned money is involved, we tend to take a bit of leap of faith even after homework. I was glad to trust Jazz and they designed/installed the HVAC wonderfully. Quick, transparent, and responsible. Also, it was assuring to discover that Costco sold HVACs and partnered with Jazz to be the implementers in our area, so they (Jazz) had a solid backing from a giant. All in all, Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing (Jazz) installed our home's HVAC and they did splendidly. A shout out to Shawn for being super responsive, patient, and informative for us to make the decision to buy a HVAC system (and enjoying AC and looking forward to the heater soon sir :-D ). A shout out to Juan and Jonathan for their knowledge, flexibility, and professionalism as installers. And a shout out to Lance and the back-office team for coordination and dealing with the aftermath/close out process. You guys rock! Keep doing what you do, and I have no qualms with recommending Jazz for HVAC installs & sales to others. I look forward to your HVAC service again when needed.

Two words. Jose Bruno! He is the main reason for this 5 stars review.

He came out to give a quote for seismic shutoff valve installation. Easy to talk to, very professional. I ended up having him install 2 seismic shutoff valves at 2 properties and a water restriction valve as well.

I particularly like the company's use of servicetitan.com which shows technician's ETA. Instead of waiting for 2-4 hour windows, like most other companies. I then was able to text with him directly. He was prompt, clear and got everything done in timely fashion.

Would def use Jazz again (in fact, I have another quote with them scheduled) and would def ask for Jose Bruno on my next calls.

I want to commend Sergio for his excellent service. We had an issue with our HVAC system's secondary drain dripping, and Sergio resolved it with a thorough, methodical approach. He started by conducting some basic checks and then reproduced the dripping by pouring water into the pan. When attempting to clear the blockage with suction didn't work, he adjusted the angle of the drain pipes--a problem he had identified right from the start. Throughout the process, Sergio clearly explained each step he was taking. Highly recommend his expertise.

Another great experience with Jazz, especially Steve Aguilar. Steve has come to our house several times over the course of the last few months to check on our new AC unit and to check our ductwork. Steve is very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. He is also extremely thorough and communicates clearly. He enjoys his work and his customers' happiness is his top priority. It is always a pleasure to work with Steve as he is hard-working and ensures that the job is done right. On his most recent visit, Steve discovered why my kids' rooms were always hot in the summer and cold in the winter...the duct had fallen away from the unit and we were just losing 50% or our airflow. He repaired it and now we have great flow. Steve follows through on his word and takes great pride in his work. We are grateful to Steve for all he does!

Jazz installed my HVAC a few years ago. They did a first rate job and have always proven to be professional and dependable. I recently had Jazz come out again to install a new Nest thermostat. Manuel did a great job and explained how it would function with my particular HVAC.
