Johnny and his team did a great job with sealing my home off to prevent pest infestation. High quality work and very thorough with every inch of the house. Johnny took the time to walk me through the repairs and work he performed, cleaned the worksite when he was done, and charged fair prices. I would definitely work with JBC Termite & Pest Control again and I was pleased to help support a local neighborhood business!

2. He was able to complete the termite treatment at my house without tenting. Even though we had several areas to address.
3. The cost for the termite treatment was nearly half of the tenting quotes that I received. Not to mention the cost of a hotel or the hassle of bagging all of your food.

I can't recommend JBC Pest Control highly enough! I manage multiple properties, and when I discovered a hornet nest at one of them on a Sunday morning, I was worried about how quickly I could get it taken care of. By sheer luck, I spotted Johnny working nearby and asked if he had time to check it out. He was not only able to assess the situation immediately but also resolved the issue that same day. A week later, the hornets are still gone! Johnny was extremely professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I'm grateful to have found him and will definitely be using his services again for any future pest control needs.

I live in a single family house, halfway up a mountain in San Diego suburbs on a property that requires landscaping services. We have palm trees, various plants, grass, flower beds, rosemary bushes, rose bushes, persimmons tree, lavender bushes, peach tree, and more. But you know what else comes with this - bugs! And spiders and so many other gross-ness.

One particular hot summer of 2023, I had bug bites and my precious cats had fleas, it was a nightmare! So I looked on Yelp and found JBC Termite.

Johnny and his team came out promptly, gave me a good price, and sprayed the whole exterior of the property. The insects and nasty unmentionables went away! Yay!!!

I highly recommend JBC. They are courteous, respectful, good value and good people. Also one of the very few pest places out there who will not force you into a long term contract. Ethical business standards. Nice!

Johnny came out the same day to take care of a sand wasp nest in our backyard. The nest was buried right near our sewer mainline and it was preventing our plumbers from being able to finish their work. Pricing was very competitive as well. Definitely recommend his services.

Johnny was a pleasure to work with. We felt like our house was in good hands and the price was fair. He did a full inspection and gave us a detailed report. We set up a date to have the work down. He and his assistant arrived on time to do the work. He found a few more areas that needed to be treated but still honored the quoted price. We will be working with this company again in the future.
