      One of the fears of homeownership is appliances breaking down and the high cost of replacing them. So many unscrupulous service guys out there makes it a lot easier to just decide to spend a bunch of cash and get a new appliance instead of fixing the old one, but it's a lot cheaper to repair than replace in almost every case. But which repair person can you trust? Jermey Davis, that's who!

      Jermey only does house calls! So the thought of lugging your washer or dryer or fridge to him isn't even an issue. He quoted me a set price for a dryer repair for a binding drum and loud squeal that rendered my dryer useless, plus parts and tax. I found the part kit online and he got the kit for a few bucks cheaper, so our repair was extremely reasonable and done in our house with no hassle on our part. He not only did a great job fixing what was wrong, he saw that the ducting for the hot air was full of lint and dust that could cause a fire and he took it apart and vacuumed it out, all included in his quoted fee.

      He's a hard worker, is available Saturdays and can come after you get off work in the afternoon. Very professional and just a really good dude! Guys like this are priceless and hard to find these days.

      Jermey Davis has a devoted customer in me and I feel good about recommending him to anyone who's come to think there just aren't any honest repair folks out there any more. We recently found a great, honest mechanic, and now we've found a great, honest appliance guy. That's like finding gold!

      JD wasn't able to help us due to not having the right equipment but he was able to walk me through the repair options and process and what to tell the manufacturer. All of this on a Sunday morning. Very helpful.

      Fantastic customer service! One quick call and he knew exactly what the problem with my refrigerator was and gave me a solid quote over the phone. No bs legit service! Highly recommended!

      I requested dishwasher repair. at least he showed up but was unable or unwilling to figure out what was causing the malfunction. he recommended that I pay him for his "diagnosis " which was to call the factory.

      Contacted JD this morning to help with a dishwasher that wasn't draining. we scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, but he ended up being available this afternoon. He cleaned out the drain pipe in the dishwasher and did a thorough diagnosis, and it turns out our pump is dying. We had the option to pay him to fix it, but we've decided to get a new dishwasher. He was great at also recommending some good brands for us.

      JD is professional his prices are very fair and he's very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

      I called JD's Appliance Repair today and Jermey responded right away and let us know that he would be able to come by the same day! He kept in contact with me to let me know when he would arrive and he then troubleshot our issue with our Maytag Washer and found it! We are grateful that he was able to do this for us on a SATURDAY on NYE weekend.

      We highly recommend JD's and will definitely call him if we have any appliance issues in the future!

      I called JD today. My clothes washer had gotten into a "door locked" state, and I couldn't resolve the issue. JD walked me through resetting the machine through special button codes, all the while he was driving to another call. He saved me today, at no charge. I am stunned and amazed! Thank you JD, and I now know who to call for ANY appliance repair issues.

      Best gentlemen ever! Repaired our machine which was an LG. Not everyone can work on them. He came same day to help us. He saved us from having to buy a new washer for another year. Reasonably priced service. Highly recommend!

      The experience I had with JD is something I have rarely experienced viz a private service provider. The reason I chose to interact with him for an urgent washer job, was coz he seemed proactive, as if he really wanted to take up the job right away.

      He requested me to call back on his number and he tried to understand the issue at hand. He volunteered to go through the issue on the phone itself and try and identify what the problem was. He offered to come right away, mentioned he was close by so can take a look (for a fee which was though higher than the quotes I received for a visitation from others who responded thru Yelp, but I chose to work with him).

      I did apprise him that someone from the home warranty insurance company has made a diagnosis already, wrt the dispenser (which does not seem to be the real issue) and i wanted to have a second opinion before I could go back to the insurance company, get their go ahead and engage his services.

      JD volunteered to send me a quotation on the email and requested me for all my information including full name, address, machine model no etc. which I shared right away. Post which I called his number a couple of times, sent him 3 text messages. He ghosted us!

      Now the issue is not that he did not send the quotation, that's his choice absolutely. The issue is that when I was upfront honest with him and told him that once his quotation (as a licensed certified professional) is approved by the insurance agency, I will get the job done right away, and if he din want to wait, why did he volunteer to send me the quote? (I absolutely did not ask him to do that, it was his offer). Suppose on second thoughts he did decide to not send the quote, he should have atleast had the courtesy to text back and inform that he will not. He wasted 2 weeks of mine, lost a well paying job and above all, lost trust with me and many potential customers reading this experience.

      Must be careful before engaging with this service provider, says my experience :(

      This young man is one of the finest and reliable and trustworthy appliance repair man I've met in Sonoma County. Small business owner and self-sufficient, he's very professional and works hard to earn your trust.

      I've called him on more than one occasion and he's been so informative and helps his clients also by "teaching them how to fish". He comes highly recommended by me.
