Jeff's Mobile Glass

I met with Jeff last week to replace a crack on an old window in the house. He was nice and personable quote me $295 to replace the glass. He explained that it was a straight forward job and that he could do it the following day , friday. or next week if he needed to order the glass. I waited a week no phone call, no hey I don't have the glass so I need to order it...No nothing. I called Jimenez Glass today and they showed up w in an hour and replaced the glass. Easy Breezy. Oh and they were only $250. so I saved $50 bucks Thank you Jeff.

I've used Jeff for automobile glass a couple of times. My trucking company also has used them in the past. They are timely, responsive, and fair, price wise. This time, there was a minor distortion in the windshield that I noticed a few days after install, and Jeff was great at getting a replacement installed within 2 days. I offered to pay for the labor on the replacement, but he wouldn't hear of it.

Some asshole decided to break into my car and just obliterated my rear drivers side window. Left glass in the interior and all over the place! I was reccommended through my Farmer's insurance agent, they didn't know what they were talking about giving Jeff the wrong part number and all of that. He was great, he double checked to make sure that I had the right window part and everything! This man knows what he's doing! Extremely friendly with a great attitude. He pretty much completed the job within 2 hours which was completely reasonable. I would and will be definitely be going to him for any window needs to be fixed in the future! He was very thorough and cleaned up the entire car from glass.

Jeff has been very responsive to our frequent service needs and typically has the replacement glass install within 24 hours. I would heartily recommend him to anyone with service vehicles!

Jeff was responsive and was able to come to my work to install my rear door window that had been broken into. He has the best price and vacuumed up all the debris. He was quick, and a great guy and did fantastic job!

I called this business at 7am desperate to get my car window fixed after a thief broke it the previous night. He quoted me, $315, which thought was a good deal because it was lower than my deductible. He set me up with an appointment for the day after I called between 9-10am. During our call, I told him I was very nervous about my car being stolen because my window was broken and he responded ,"don't lose sleep over it". A condescending response. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, panicking, I called because I hadn't heard from him since our conversation. I called twice, no answer. So I figured he wasn't showing up. I called another business, and they quoted me a lower price, $295. Jeff then called me back and stated, "yesterday when he went to go pick up the part for my vehicle, they couldn't find it.". I said to him, "you should've called me yesterday and told me that". He then stated, "he could go and pick it up now if I wanted." Very unprofessional, I hung up the phone because I had found a lower price. Don't waste your time with this business..

Jeff was amazing. Old school service and very skilled. He's better than all the ones that advertise on tv. Came right to my house and made short work of my broken window machinery.

I had them fix my car windshield awhile ago and wanted to have them do another window, on another car since I thought they did a good job and had good customer service. called him 3x over the course of a month (wasn't urgent). never got a call back. as of this posting- still haven't gotten a response.
what happened? closed? out of business? IDK

Jeff took my call, set up time to meet. One of his technicians came out to our job site,removed my windshield , replaced it and left the vehicle clean. Jeff's mobile glass was less expensive than the other quotes I got . They were on time, very professional and clean.Thank you Jeff .
