      Rip off artists! Do not take your vehicle there for repairs. 200 dollar diagnosis for a quote of over 9,000.00 repairs for $1,000.00 dollar repair job.

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      This is on a 2019 Canyon Denali Duramax diesel.

      Terrible dealership and GM is awful. They pride themselves on having tough trucks, which is a laugh considering what happened with my "luxury truck". Within the last couple of weeks, my wife was getting into the driver side rear door and as she closed the door like a normal person and the plastic handle came out and a piece inside broke. I took this in for repair and they said it couldn't be repaired and I'd have to replace the whole door panel. GM customer care wouldn't honour the repair based on this dealerships advice. So you're telling me its not a mechanical defect for a 3 year old luxury truck's door handle to break when closing the door?

      What a joke. Truthfully the joke is on them as previously
      I was getting all my servicing done there and was waitlisted to purchase the new 2023 Canyon Denali. I obviously won't be buying a truck that cannot even withstand a door being shut. Not to mention spreading the word about this abysmal dealership.

      Do not go here !! Especially if you are female . Two men became EXTREMELY upset and aggressive when a deal to sell my car to them fell through due to their error. They became verbally abusive and also both men came towards me angrily in an otherwise empty showroom. When my Husband called to let the owner know he was essentially told he didn't care and was hung up on .

      We have had excellent customer service until today, we had an appt. for oil change but a person came in without an appt. and were put ahead of us so now we will have an extra hour wait. Like we don't have things to do, very disappointed :(

      Just took our car to Jenner for its annual maintenance. We bought this Chevy Orlando a little over a year ago and these fucking scam artists charge us $500 for fuck all. I'm sure they got the estimate up to $800 because it was my wife doing it off, but she was smart enough to say no way josé and got it down to 500. They charged for an oil change even though the sticker very clearly indicates it was recently done. She said on the drive home for the fucking boonies into Victoria that there were no appreciable differences in the performance of the car.
      Fuck you Jenner, us bunch of criminals, we will not be using your inconvenient services any more! Assholes!

      Worst sales team around. Like all sales people, they love to be in control but when these guys lose even a bit of it, they become aggressive, dismissive and arrogant. Buying a car is never a pleasant experience but dealing with these clowns makes it downright miserable. Buy a new car by all means, just not at this place.

      This is my experience dealing with Jenner. I was told my truck was done and ready to be picked up so I proceded to take time off work and organize a ride to the dealership. After paying my bill I was pleased with the service, however....when I go to leave my truck will NOT go into gear, it has a check engine light, and I'm stranded whith no way of getting home. I'm frustrated but obviously there's nothing I can do so I ask them to put it back in the shop and let me know what they find. After a week of no contact from them I had to call and investigate. Turns out my vehicle (which I heavily rely on) could have been fixed days ago! except that they mixed up my information with another customers. Ok fair enough mistakes happen, not the end of the world. This is where they REALLY tried to SCREW me. When I picked up my truck the 2nd time I was informed that there was a check engine light on due to my egr delete kit (which has never had any sort of problem before taking it to Jenner) and that they're GM certified technician's and 1000$$$ diagnosistic equipment could not fix the problem and I would need to replace my whole egr kit. Well either they're liers, scammers, or bad technician (which I don't think) because I was able to do everything they couldn't, using a cheap scanner in under 30 seconds at home. So if your looking for unnecessary trips to the dealership, hidden problems (that were never a problem before) and being lied to I highly recommend them for that!

      Terrible service department. Will never buy a car there ever again for the sole reason that their service department is corrupt and instructed to rip people off and make up lies in order to reap the maximum profit they can. Will highly recommend all friends and family against any business with this dealership.
      It's a shame they are so terrible because we really like our car but will never subject ourselves to their service department ever again. As soon as the car is paid off we will happily end all business we have with them.
      Please don't be fooled by their ploys to steal your money and their lies in order to make a huge profit off your trusting nature. Always get a 2nd opinion before you believe anything they tell you regarding your vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and do not do business with them.
