They helped us set things up with getting quotes/bids so we didn't have to worry about it.
Buying our home was also a similar experience and they walked us through every disclosure on the homes we were interested in. It was nerve racking to go through the buying process here with all the competition and crazy Bay Area market but we ended up with a beautiful home.
