I desperately needed an interior detail. I called Jerry and he was able to give me an initial quote me over the phone. It was cheaper than any mobile detailer that had quoted me before. He was also available the very next morning. I explained that I had a dog and there was a lot of hair. I was fully prepared to have an updated quote after he started working on my car because I knew the work that he would be putting in.

Jerry communicated with me over text the entire time. He explained that the pet hair removal was going to be extra, which I completely understand. He was very knowledgeable & caring and his work reflects that!

I got my car back looking brand new. The price I paid was extremely fair. He also gave me tips on how to keep it cleaner in between car washes.

I am so happy to do business with Jerry. If you need a car wash or detail, this is the best place with the best price and service!

We had an emergency that needed detailed exterior and interior car wash. Jerry was recommended by my sister in law as he's the togo guy for her car wash. He was very accommodating with our early car wash emergency request and took very good care of it. When we got our car back, the car was spotless and the odor that we had was minimized significantly!! He was great in every way possible on his service! We'll definitely be coming back once we're back in LA area.

I recently took my car to Jerry, and I couldn't be happier with the service! He was quick to respond and suggested I stop by so he could check out the car in person to provide a proper quote. My car hadn't been taken care of in a while, so it needed a good amount of work. I hadn't expected to get in same day, but he took the keys and went to work! The price felt fair, and my car looked incredible when I came back for pickup. It felt like a brand new car! I'm recommending this place to all of my friends.

Jerry was very accommodating when I called him on Saturday to see if he had any open spots. He told me to come at 3:30pm and was able to fit me in. I picked up my car around 5pm and was his last customer for the day and he was very nice about it.

Sometimes, car washes will try to sell you on the most expensive services. I didn't get that from Jerry at all. He simply said, "How can I help you today?" And even checked inside my car to see if he could provide a good quality of cleanliness. I also didn't feel pressured at all by him to give tips (even though I did since they did such a great job).

Make sure to call on Saturdays for an appointment since Jerry has to open the gate for you.

I decided to choose this location because I was in this area and also all those 5 stars reviews convinced me to try out this place.
It was a good decision,they did excellent service,super clean and super nice staff.They help you to validate the parking.This location is on B2.
There was no wait which is great. I did some citywalk while they were cleaning.
Price was $39 for regular wash before tip.

I had my car washed at Jerry's May 3, 2024, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the results. The exterior of my car was left with visible water marks, making it look streaky and unclean. Additionally, the rims were still dirty and had not been properly cleaned.

I was hoping for a thorough and professional car wash service, but the end result was not up to my expectations. The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the cleaning left me feeling unsatisfied with the overall experience.

10/10 recommend. Wish I had taken before pictures but my car looks absolutely stunning. Looks like a brand new car. Worth every penny.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! These people are irresponsible and reckless!!! I usually go to other facilities but since I had an appointment a few weeks ago in DTLA, I thought I could try this place. BIG MISTAKE!

It took about 3 hours to have a $140+ detail job done on my vehicle and I could immediately tell, such a poor job..the floormats, the console...but that is not the worst part!

Worst part is that upon getting home, I noticed that the exterior of my car had a couple of huge dings on the side! Going to this place was a very expensive mistake. No responsibility whatsoever! Will contact the BBB and an attorney.

It is really puzzling how there could be that many good reviews - probably mostly family and friends.

Do yourself a favor, and STAY AWAY!!!

Jerry was very accommodating with my last minute appointment and went above and beyond what I asked for in cleaning our car. For 75 we got everything down to the under seats and upholstery done looking better than we got it off the Tesla lot. Everything looked meticulously done even down to the trunk and screen. Had a lot of issues with exponentially more expensive places who didn't even take the time he did to work through our vehicle so he's a goat for all he does, especially since he was by himself when we went in! Was totally expecting to pay for parking too even with validation but he let me out free of charge. You've got yourselves repeat customers!
