Very professional business and was able to get a same day appointment on short notice. Tints came out perfect and I would highly recommend this spot for anybody looking to get their car windows tinted.

They have multiple locations so this is specifically for the one in San Leandro. This was the second time I used Jet Black Tint and my first experience was fine, however, my second experience was a complete disaster. I brought my car in to have one window tinted after my car was broken into and since repaired.

1. Less than 72 hours after installation of a ceramic tint it started to bubble up. Frustrating to pay almost $60 for 1 window to get tinted with a better product to have it not installed properly. This isn't even the worst part.

2. One of the workers drove my vehicle into the garage which required leaving the parking lot and reentering behind the building to get into the garage. Once I returned home, I noticed my wheel had been scraped along the curb. I am the only one who drives my car and I have black wheels. My car although is a daily driver is very well taken care of and if I hit a curb with the damage that was done, I would have 100% noticed. When I called them they said "We didn't do it. We checked the parking lot camera", however, never provided me with the video or returned my calls afterward. This isn't about the few hundred dollars it costs at BMW to fix the wheel, this is about A. being irresponsible with someone else's property and B. not owning up to your mistakes. I won't even get into the fact he was revving my car well above 3K rpm to pull it around the building, he could have just said he wasn't experienced in driving a manual.

I already canceled the service to have my wife's Model Y-Performance tinted, PPF'd, and ceramic coated here. I will bring it to the shop that did my BMW in San Francisco.

This location sincerely lacks professionalism and quality of work. This entire experience will cost me $350 for wheel repair, tint, and tint replacement since it is now bubbling up.

If you have a nice vehicle that you truly value, I can not recommend bringing it here.

Solid business, who helped me resolve an issue with the initial project. They were a litttttttle tricky to get in touch with when i needed support, but after we smoothed out the communication and scheduling, they were helpful.

Jet Black Tint and glass never followed up to my response or resolve my issue. I called to ask for the manager who posted the reply and there is no person by that name.
The response is just to seem as though they care about the customer. What a joke!

Decent quality film, careless install. I 've gotten my car tinted 8 months ago and have gone back 5+ times for redos. They don't clean your windows enough, aren't through with their checks and allow anything to pass. Unprofessional business, tried getting a refund from them but no luck. As for the film installed, Solargard VortexIR, its a good quality film but gives off a blue hue from outside looking in which for my tastes looks cheap and unnatural. Don't go here, instead support a small business that actually deserves your business and values your time. Find a shop that offers Llumar film, some of the best film in the industry and doesn't give off a blue hue.

Worse place I wouldn't recommended if you need a good work and clean this place isn't it .

this location has the worse service,worse communication very bad at everything
they didn't change the work they supposed to change by there warranty they provided the official job was done at Hayward location but jet and black send me to this location to replace window tint,
They left a big mess inside my car also lie about replacing everything they only one window and everything else was still bad

Do not go here they scratched my window would not replace it would not claim fault on it and within a seven day period. I've been here four times to get the windows retinted because of horrible quality the worst customer service ever. what and also they put the wrong tent color. One was yellow one was black. They do not know what they're doing here. They hire high school kids to install the tints

I brought my vehicle in for tint fresh off the lot, and the employees left an exorbient amount of bubbles in the glass and sticky residue around my door and sill frames. I waited about a month before returning to address the issues. Manager agreed they did a poor job and offered a redo. Unfortunately, all same issues with the redo, plus I noticed random lines (scratches) in my glass now. Definitely not happy with the quality of work here.
