Fantastic service, quick and efficient.
I had no idea what to expect or to ask for when it came to tinting my windows. I purchased the online $99 plus $80 for 7 windows. Which I see some people complaining about but, even so it's a GREAT price.
They were able to get me in same day and the person who helped me did a great job explaining the difference in tint levels & recommending what would be best for my windows.

Rude... I would give this place a 0... Was told different things by employees vs the owner. Booked online only to be met with someone asking me to pay more for the small windows. And when it comes to their warranty, they push back on things that should be covered

The owner is good, but one of their employees needs to think about how he talked to customers

I will not be coming back. I would pay more for with their competitors for decent customer service or at the least a bit of respect as...

UPDATE: They offered me a refund in exchange for removing my original review. They insisted that I take down my review first "in good faith" before they could process the refund. It's been a few days since I took down my review based on "good faith", no refund, no calls. They claimed to have called me, but I didn't see any missed calls from them on my call log. Very dishonest business, which only reinforced my original review

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't recommend this place. I had to return twice because they did a poor job, with bubbles forming after a couple of weeks. The staff said it was "normal" and offered to fix them if I didn't like it, which is absurd. They didn't cut the film evenly either. Also, they don't honor appointment times, explaining that the appointment is just for drop-off, which is ludicrous. Finally, NEVER trust the price quotes on their website or over the phone. They lure you in with low prices and then charge much more. They are pretty infamous for the bait tactics. My girlfriend ended up paying three times the quoted price, and I wish I had been there with her. Overall, it was a poor experience, poor workmanship, and just a waste of my time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

About a month ago, on a day of triple digit temperatures, I did a walk-in looking for the $99 special tint job for my 10-year old sedan. While it was up on the website still, the offer had expired so I went ahead with an install.
The local team was efficient and did a great job. I am very pleased and am bringing in my wife's much newer sedan this month for the premium film this month.

I had a disappointing experience with Jet Black in Walnut Creek. From the moment I reached out for assistance in choosing the right tint for my needs, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of providing guidance or answering my questions, they seemed fixated solely on discussing prices. It felt as though my concerns were brushed aside, and I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I expected a more personalized approach. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Ahmad was most professional and knowledgeable. He and the installation team did a wonderful job installing tints for my Tesla. By the way, this is our third tint with Jet Black because they consistently do an excellent job.

Speaking specifically on the WALNUT CREEK LOCATION.
I called and received a quote, made an appointment and then after confirming that they accept the Groupon I made the purchase.

10 minutes before my appointment I get a call saying they made a mistake and the quote will now be $250 instead of $85.

These guys are pirates, bait and switch, there's better places to get your tint done.

I'll tell everyone how poor my experience was with these jet-black clowns.

Great Customer Service from Ahmed! Visiting from SoCal and noticed my buddy had a nice tint job on his Model Y. Just picked up my 2023 Model 3 and the drive up to NorCal was brutal with how hot the summer sun is on the 5. When I asked how much he paid I almost fell out my seat! It was about $250 less than my quote from the shop that has been doing my tint for my last 3 cars. Called and was able to make a same day appt. From sit down to completion was 1.5 hours for ceramic tint on front and back and all side windows. Very happy with both the tint and customer service from owner and lead tech.

I've been wanting to tint my car and finally started to look around.
There aren't many options for tint in Walnut Creek so I assumed they wouldn't have time for a walk-in.

To my surprise they booked me right away, super friendly, great advice and experience without being pushy at all!

Adrian and Akmed(sorry if I didn't spell it right) are professional and very reliable.

Absolutely amazing job my car looks so good. Tony was so nice friendly and professional. Showed me all my options and and answered my questions. Him and his partner are fucking great definitely 10/10 would recommend !!!
