JG Becerra Landscape Management

JG Becerra is a great landscaping service. Jose worked within my budget and went above and beyond in the service. He is also very talented at landscape design and plant choice. I love my new landscaping and it's easy to maintain as well.

I must have called 10-15 landscaping and irrigation businesses but my job was just too small. I called J.G. Becerra Landscape Management and arranged to meet the next day (Wednesday) to discuss my concerns.

Wednesday, I walked the property with Jose Becerra. He made his recommendations and we formulated a very clear plan. He also programmed Irritrol Timer!

Saturday morning at 10:00 am Jose and his crew of two guys, Luis, (I can't remember the other name) were onsite to start the job! By 4:00 pm, they were done and I walked the property with Luis to review their work.

They mowed the front and back lawns, edged, replaced all sprinkler heads and adjusted them as needed, fixed a leak, checked the drip system, and fertilized the front and back lawns!

They cleaned up as if they were never there. Both guys were personable and easy to talk to.

I can't wait to see how the lawns look in a couple of weeks now that they are being watered on a regular basis, with correctly positioned sprinkler heads!

I don't recommend hiring this group. First Javier will try to rip you off. How? Well, by bringing 12 men to a job that only needs a few and thinking he can charge an hour per person even when they are sitting around on their phone. The work is less than subpar. They didn't do a good job. And he will over charge you for material. Just find someone else and save yourself a headache. I hired him in October 2021 (based on another businessman). He tried to rip me off and I stood my ground on what I'd pay or offered to settle it in court. My mistake was when I wanted a quote for the work he wouldn't give me one. I should have ran then. He went with my offer. Stay away!

This is the worst landscape service out there.! They do terrible work and charge you for things that were never done or fixed. Run far away!!!

Jose and his team are extremely professional, prompt, friendly, skilled and cost efficient. His team installed an irrigation system and completed annual grooming and weed whacking the last two years. I'll be calling them again this year!!

Mr. Bercerra's crew did a terrific job removing 5 Italian cypress trees, clearing our back slope of weeds and Scotch broom, trimming back an invasive ivy shrub and clearing our roof and gutters of cedar needles. Foreman Louis is exceptionally kind and very thorough. An absolute pleasure to do business with Bercerra Landscaping! We have had their help for many years now. Highly recommend!

I've been a client of theirs for years. They have always been top notch and professional, and they continuously check in with me to make sure that I'm still happy with their service.

J G Becerra is not really a landscaping business. More of a leaf blower specialist if anything.

By definition...Landscape: Verb, meaning to improve the aesthetic appearance of (a piece of land) by changing its contours, adding ornamental features and plantings.

J G Becerra has a much different definition...Landscape: Verb, meaning to operate a leaf blower for 3-4 hrs and annoy residents with gas fumes and dust particles.

All they do is run a leaf blower, cut the small 10' x 20' piece of grass and then it's back to the leaf blower.

- "Hey Manuel, what do you do for a living?"
- "I am a lanscape specialist."
- "Oh ya? What does that mean?
- "I run a leaf blower."

The fact that all of the comments have been removed and 1 person gave them a
"5 star review" should tell you something.

Here is what every visit consists of...They trim a few hedges and then run a leaf blower for 4-5 hours.
