My husband got sick and I was seriously concerned. I call Dr. Ling's office and tried to squizze into Dr. Ling's schedule but because she has so many patients waiting for her treatment, I was told that Dr. Ling could not see us on that day. But after I explained to the front desk about my husband situation and my concern, she went to talk with Dr. Ling and came back told me while Dr. Ling still had full schedule, she would arrange a time to call us for On Line visit.
We waited till 5:00 PM when the office should be closed. We thought that Dr. Ling must had gone home and would not call us - we understood. She has been very busy, she must be very tired and hungry too. We decided to try to see her the next day. Feeling weak, my husband fell sleep soon.

By 8:00 PM, my phone rang and I picked it up, it was Dr. Ling! After a full day work with so many patients, she needs rest herself. But she still remember my husband's need! We were so deeply touched. She needed rest herself after a full day non-stopping work, she did not take her rest and still remember the need of the old couple of us. I was deeply touched and was almost crying.

My husband is now totally recoverd. I can not say enough of "Thank you!" to doctor Ling. She is not only great in her medical knowledge, she also has a golden heart. I feel so lucky to have such a great doctor to take care of us.

My family has been with Dr. Ling for recent years and has been very happy.
She's very knowledgeable and always gave great help understanding our issues and address our concerns.
The staff are super friendly and always remind us about upcoming appointment. Rescheduling is super easy as well.

I was fortunate to have found Dr. Ling a couple years ago. Never have I felt more cared for by a doctor in my life as Dr. Ling. You can tell that all she truly wants is to see you happy and healthy! She is very thorough and other doctors have said the same thing about her. All the staff that works there has been amazing, as well! Caring, trustworthy and efficient is what you need in your medical provider.

Just love her bedside manner! Her staff was well trained, prompt and courteous.
Being in the medical profession myself, it is refreshing to find someone who truly cares about her patients.

I came to see Dr Ling about a month ago to establish care. I have to say her staff is exceptional, their on a whole other level of customer service!! They were pleasant and happy. Didn't make me feel rushed, they are very welcoming. Every step of the way and with every different staff member they were professional and very courteous and seriously nice. Dr Ling is very professional, educated, confident, and very assuring. She is super nice and listens to all of your consigns and makes a confident action plan and follow up. I have been seeing Dr Ling for over 3 years. She is very experienced and had wide/deep knowledge in medicine and also very precise in diagnosis. She tailors her suggestion based on each individual situation and always helpful and supportive to her patients. She is one of the best family doctors I have ever met!

I have Dr. Ling as my PCP for years. She is very empathetic and accessible. Especially she responds promptly to workups and requests. The best thing is that the clinic opens on Saturday, which helps a lot for availbility. And the staff are friendly as well.
