Jiffy Lube

New business in Queensborough next door to Nando's. It's a quick-service oil change location where you enter from the rear entrance of the building. They request you stay in your car as they complete the oil change, top up other fluid levels, and check other items like headlights and wipers. The price is on the higher side of what I'm used to paying but it's very convenient and I'm not leaving my car for hours for it to be serviced. Owner was friendly and professional as were the other service employees. One star deducted for not listening to me when I asked that they add 7.5k kms to the recommended next service. I told them what my user manual recommended and they still put "standard" 5k. The receipt says that there are free top offs between service for the next three months or 5k kms. I may take them up on that offer.

What a bunch of rip off artists. Called to ask how much an oil change would be. After 10 minutes on hold, told 139 + tax, but they don't have the filter in stock. After I ask, they say they can have it in noon the next day.

I go there at 1:00 pm the next day, am told the wrong filter arrived, and they wouldn't be able to get the correct one until Tuesday because of long weekend. 5pm the same day get a call saying the filter came in (which means they lied to me about receiving the wrong filter). Just before they about to start, he says it's going to be $171 plus tax! That's nearly $200 for an oil change and $32 more than I was told the day before. Guy says he doesn't know who I talked to the day before and that's the price.

great customer service staff is very helpful &friendly. The service was really top notch

a bit expensive, however the guys didn't push too hard to get the "extras" and they were done in less than 10 minutes. I didn't have to leave my car for half a day at the mechanic, that's worth it! thanks

I mean, you pay for the speed of service. Almost 200 bucks for an oil change is kinda insane though.

We drove in, we drove out in like, 10 minutes. We needed to drain the oil pan after we added a bit too much. They added an air filter which was only 20 bucks so the oil change was.. well, really effing pricy.

Everything is still working though so it's an A-OK experience all around.

I want to express my appreciation for service excellence to the Jiffy Lube guys! Being a lady who does not know much about car maintenance and scared to be taking advantage of paying so much money! Well to my great surprise I had amazing service from Ritik and Landon they both fixed my problem honestly and explained the problem! I would totally recommend this location as the whole team seemed very helpful and most importantly honest without breaking the bank!

Just had my tires swapped and am very impressed with the fast and efficient service, great attention I (and my truck) received and excellent pricing
I also got some info as to air filter condition (should be changed soon, which I knew) and breaks (which I thought may need attention, but not really)
They were very nice to top up some coolant and windshield wiper fluid, which they did not have to do.... This was a nice addition to the overall great and friendly service

And I believe for a "chain" these guys take pride in their work and in customer service better than some smaller outfits

Very positive experience this morning - over and above what I was expecting!
No one tried to up-sell me and there were no suggestions that I may have issues that didn't exist....I was really impressed.
The best part was when the young man asked about my windshield wipers. I'd recently replaced the front ones, but had been searching for a long time for the correct size for the rear. Believe it or not, they not only had the right size, they installed it and didn't pad the price!
I read the reviews here before I went and hoped it would go the same way for me. :)
I'll be back for maintenance service without hesitation.

I'm actually writing this review because I went to Jiffy Lube in Queensborough today for an oil change. The service was really top notch, it was very quick and the guys working were all overly nice. Fantastic work guys!

My first visit at this new local business was a very positive experience.Great mix of young keen men and experienced gentlemen,they took the time to adresse all my concerns and gave me options to fix them.They were also great about filling all my tires and fixing my windshield wipers.I will defiantly be going back.
