Damn, as a long time customer at this specific location, it sucks to see the customer service go down hill. What's the deal here? Too many turnovers of ownership? Overworked, workers? Being short staffed? Too much worker turnover? Man, everyone working here looks miserable and tired. Remember when they would greet you with a smile and put that white sticker on your windshield for you? They don't do that here anymore. They hand you the sticker and you have to do it yourself! and that's unfortunate.

WENT IN FOR OIL TOP OFF LEFT WITH BROKEN DOOR. Beware the employees will damage your vehicle. Last year I brought in my Mercedes and they broke off the dipstick no big it happens.

I bring my Toyota in 2 days ago for an oil top off and when the service is finished and I am being walked out to my car the employee goes to open my door it does not work. 3 supposed car service professionals are unable to get it open. No one in the shop can get it open. The manager on duty at the time tells me I NEED TO CLIMB IN THROUGH THE PASSENGER DOOR OR WINDOW from now on. He tells me that I need to move my car for other cars behind me. I refuse. He refuses to demonstrate what he is telling me I need to do for the foreseeable future. Eventually he caves and demonstrates. I have a video of this. The manager "forgets" to call me the next day. When he speaks with me today he tells me there is nothing he can do. Not a single person he or anyone at the shop of auto professionals is willing to open my door. Shame on these clowns

Thanks Robert at Jiffy Lube! I got an oil change and tire rotation! It was fast!!! My windows got cleaned and my car got vacuumed.

Great choice to get your oil changed! They take almost any coupon. If you don't have one they will help you find one!

I went in for an oil change and of course the tech wanted to upsell to a more expensive service. He promised coupons and discounts and I said yes. He explained it would be cheaper. The oil change itself took awhile and it wasn't that busy. The tech re-arranged the mats instead of vacuuming. I paid and realized I was overcharged. So of course the manger had to get involved because no one now knows what to do. Two days later the manager calls. He proceeds to explain to me how oil changes work, I think because I'm a woman and clearly don't understand. And then says he can't fix the overcharge but if I come back he'll give me a discount! That's what they said the first time and it didn't happen. For what I paid I could have gone to the dealer and should have. DO NOT fall for this scam! This Jiffy Lube is not an honest business and looks to take advantage for customers.

Tony, the manager in training, is a good man. He honored a price I had shared for a cabin air filter. That's great customer service in my book. For years I've bounced around for oil changes but Tony has earned my future business. Thanks again.

They are quick... but too quick and create mistakes/messes.

The manager stated that my transmission had a small leak and that I need to get it fix soon. Took the car to a garage, and the garage mechanic stated the oil filter was not screwed on all the way and created an oily mess around the oil filter.

The inspection was $150 and it fixed a $100 Jiffy Lube oil change mistake. Save yourself $250 and go somewhere else.

We had the pleasure speaking with Vern today. He was such an amazing worker. To be fairly honest, we used to go to speedy. However our car had broke down on the way to Reno, due to no oil and no coolant. We had just actually went to speedy to get that done before the trip. So because of that disaster, we were in search for a new regular place to do an oil change.

Upon arrival everyone was so nice, they are super professional. They even put plastic covers while they work on your car! This is my first time at Jiffy Lube, and this is not going to be my last. Vern made it very easy and he was completely honest with what was wrong with the car and what was not. 10/10 customer service for him! He did mention to us that our brakes fluid would need to be changed, the entire time I have had my car and no one has addressed me for the brake fluid. However, my brake fluid was extremely bad. And I'm very disappointed that it got to that point and I wasn't notified by other oil changing places.

We will definitely be back to get that serviced! Now I see why this place has so many great reviews!

Took my daughter's car in on a Sunday morning. This Sacramento 2900 Florin Road shop was one of two Jiffy Lube's open on Sunday. All services available and use of online discount coupons were confirmed with me prior to starting SUV service. Shop was loaded with vehicles when I arrived, but the waiting room and available working WiFi help pass the time. David was very helpful when my Ford Escape SUV was ready by completely explaining what Jiffy Lube services were performed and what their staff observed as minor fluid leak visibility while performing oil, filter change and chassis lube service. They could change the cabin air filter during the service.

Came for an oil change a few weeks back, left just to find out they broke my glove department when checking the filters. They didn't say anything, I had to found out on my own.
