I was in a hurry, so I called first to see if they could help me and how long it would take. Exactly the amount of time Angel said it would take, that's exactly how long it took to change the oil in my car. Now, I can drive safe and happy

I highly recommend this specific Jiffy Lube. Very professionals, quick service, very polite, friendly, explained to me everything. I definitely will go back next time I need oil change. Angel it's the best!

Went here for an Uber Inspection, which should be free... but that isn't the issue. They were charging $40 for the inspection. So we thought, okay maybe we'll see if we can find another place... but it is pouring out. My husband goes back in and they say $50, 10 mins later. Instead, my husband asks if he can have the inspection for (which is a free download online) so we don't have to print one out for them.... The worker says they charge $50 for the form LOL WHAT?!

Long story short...

IF ANYONE NEEDS AN INSPECTION FOR RIDESHARE, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I returned a few months later for an oil change! I felt so positive about coming here. When I left I didn't have a care in the world. Until I started noticing all the oil puddles on the ground whenever I parked. I return tell them I'm leaking oil all over the place. A person goes downstairs I assume all he did was wipe all excess up and make sure the filter was snug. You're good to go! Says one of the employee's. Long story short my car was still leaking oil. So now I take it to Firestone the Automotive Tech. Told me that when the new filter was placed on, it did not include the rubber seal!!! Which when done correctly keeps oil from leaking at the filter! Not very happy with this Jiffy Lube location! That was a rookie mistake! I had to purchase absorbent sand for all the oil stains plus pay another place that I could have gone to first but I didn't to redo the job.

Service was terrible Mgr. name Sterling unprofessional did not provide all services that they give. had to ask him to top everything off,check my differential air my tires after he said he was gonna do it. He still didn't do it. I had to mention it again. I questioned him on it and he said he was busy. He get to me in a minute. The workers were apologizing for his misconduct. i'm given one star because of the Mgr..

I needed to get the recommended oíl change and decided to pull up to this location. When I pulled up, Quincy greeted me and guided me to drive up the bay. I exited the vehicle and Tristin also greeted me and motioned me to the lobby.

They went to work on my G ride. I let them know I wanted the badic service and don't suggest everything under the sun cuz Im a chick.

Highly Recommend and def check them out.

Only place I've ever taken my car for oil changes. I've been coming to this location since I bought my car in 2016. I've always received prompt and courteous service. I'm baffled by the low ratings others have left and have to wonder what attitudes they carried in with them. I've never been upcharged and the quote they give you to sign before they do the work is what I end up paying.

They are horrible. Trust me just don't bother going you will be disappointed. , and out of money fixing something they broke on your car.

If you need an oil change, seek services elsewhere. I have tried getting an oil change at this location twice already, but end up leaving because they are inattentive of customers. I have gone early in the morning when there is no wait, only one car in front of me, but the wait to even have someone check you in is too long. There are employees standing around smoking, meanwhile cars are waiting for service. Two strikes is enough for me to not want to return to this location ever again.

First time go in g there - the day before Thanksgiving. I just dropped in hoping they could change my headlight bulb. I was warmed by other places to be ready to wait a few hours. These guys had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, clean shop, and the prices were reasonable. I will def go back when it's time for an oil change!

I gotta give it up to Jiffy Lube, they do a lot more than just change oil!!

As someone who worked on my own cars for years, I was always wary about taking my cars anywhere for maintenance, especially a quick change oil place.

So when I'm in places like this, I tend to pay attention to everything.

First of all, they use the highest quality oil, they use Pennzoil. They look up what oil your car takes, but you can tell them what you've been using also.

They have a checklist that they use to make sure they don't forget anything, and you can hear them repeating it to each other out loud.

I knew they checked fluids and the air filter and refilled or replaced your air filter at your request for additional cost.

What I didn't know was that they diid things like rotate tires, flush and change brake fluid (I overheard someone having this done) and other maintenance type work.

I bring both my cars here for service, and once your cars are in their system, everything just flows. The longest I've had to wait was about 40 minutes, but I try to come when they're not too busy.

I don't know if all Jiffy Lubes run like this. Like all good businesses, it starts and ends with good people, and they have some really good people working here!!!
