      Tony and Santiago would awesome to work with. Quick and easy service for an oil change, and didn't haggle on the usual upsell. I was in and out in 10-12 minutes, definitely worth the value.

      I'll be coming back to this location, opposed to the one closer to my place.

      Avoid this jiffy lube I went to get an oil change and they deliberately "lost" my oil cap so they wouldn't have to work stay away horrible service

      While driving to see family the check oil light came on in our Tahoe. We went to this location for an oil change.

      The team there worked quickly to get us back on the road. The manager Lymus had above and beyond great customer service. He took the time to chat with our two young kids while they were playing in the lobby. We enjoyed his expertise and service like that is what brings loyal customers.

      I got an oil change here. I'm looking at the service checklist.

      Wash exterior windows: completed
      Lights: checked

      Neither of these things happened. Exterior windows weren't touched and remain as dirty as they were when I entered. Also I have 2 lights out on the exterior that I already knew about. I'm thinking they just mark all these things off without actually doing them. It makes me wonder about all the other checks under the hood they listed as completed. I doubt any of those were done also.

      My car does drive smoother so I am pretty sure an oil change happened.

      I will say the service was friendly.

      After reaching out to corporate, they have retapped my oil pan and offered to replace pan if it has problems.

      Buyer Beware! Should have read the Yelp review. I'd been going here off and on for years. Stopped in today on a whim. Didn't have my typical $10 off coupon but they honored it (the good).

      The bad: they said they only had the one high-end synthetic oil and didn't offer the lower cost options for my 10+ year old diesel, but it's good for 10,000 miles. Before even ringing me up, they pulled my air filter and placed it on the counter for me to see. I'd witnessed this place (different team members) pull a stunt one time where they pulled a new filter out of a box and showed it and the customer's filter side-by-side and asked if she would like to replace it. Of course most people would say "sure" to that - but to me it was an obvious upsell where they didn't have to make a recommendation. They pulled the same on me. I said no, then Googled my own car which stated the air filter needs to be replaced in 6 years or 60K miles, whereas the manager told me usually every oil change it should be replaced.

      At the end of my transaction, they handed me a new sticker (very fortunate since I wouldn't have noticed had they placed it on the windshield) that showed the next oil change in 5K miles. I told the attendant the manager just told me the oil was good for 10K miles, and I asked for another window sticker to reflect that. Manager came in and said they couldn't do that since the printer prints by default at 5K miles but I should just remember that!

      I'd suggest a more reputable business (perhaps even not one of the national brands) - and be prepared to push back at your next oil change unless you want to just burn your money.

      I love this little stop, the people are always so nice and they will give you the going rate. They ask before they make suggestions and dont try to oversell you. I appreciate the quick service.

      Had an appointment at the Toyota Dealer for an oil change... got there and no one was there to direct customers or inside the bays working on cars. So I left to go here instead as I saw it was not busy when I passed it on the way to Toyota.

      I parked my car in a bay as directed and went inside to speak to the person at the counter as directed. He was on the phone so I waited a few minutes and he never even acknowledged I was there. He finished the phone call and walked out of the building without acknowledging I was there. A female employee came in to ring someone else up about 10 minutes later and told me to have a seat and she would be with me shortly.

      She handled the rest of my transaction and was friendly. They completed the oil change quickly. She saved the experience because the first employee I noticed displayed poor customer service.

      After reading some of the other reviews I'm glad I didn't have anything stolen and so far my car hasn't fell apart. However, It's concerning that some of the reviews especially the ones regarding theft (more than one review) are not addressed by the business.
