Great place to get your car checked out. Had recently bought a new vehicle and got a standard oil change and they were able to point out a few important details the previous owner neglected to mention to me! Super patient and professional,, would definitely recommend

went to jiffy lube for an oil change and the service was as usual .
Unreal !

I was in and out of there before even I knew it!
they plugged in their computer and stated tinkering. solved the engine light and he said , you're good to go!
I said, what about the oil change???"
....
"we already did it"
wow!

What a terrific shop, Wyatt and Rob, were so helpful, the service was great, reasonable and competitive prices and super fast. Way better than Great Canadian ( who were so rude). Thanks so much, will make it a regular stop.

Late Sept 2020, mid weekday morning - the place was not busy and I drove straight in. Excellent service - the technician was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and wore a mask. Service was quick and efficient. While the suggestion to change the fuel filter could be seen as upselling, there was no pressure and I'm glad he did since it probably had not been changed since forever. The $63 fee + taxes might be a bit pricey, but includes lots of inspections and top-ups, so I'm not complaining. Overall, highly recommended.

Great place and no complaints, been going there for years and years at least 17 years with my 1995 honda odyssey, they do all my fluids, so unless I go to honda to replace something and they change some fluid I always have a complete record of when I last changed the oil, tranny fluid or power steering fluid etc, great place great service, called before I went today, they said 10 min wait, I live 6-8 mins away, arrived drove right in! 5 thumbs up! PS I live in Victoria bc Canada and my store is the Bay st store. Not sure why it says I live in san fran??

Well I've had mixed results here. One time I had a very helpful staff. Made good recommendations. Last time though I had a staff who wasn't very helpful at all. I had to go to my garage to check on what he said and there was a difference of opinion. So hit and miss.

Very friendly and attentive. They do perform the work you pay for, which unfortunately makes them the most ethical oil change station I've tried so far. They do have some snake oil to sell you, but just say "no thanks" to everything they offer other than the oil change and the prices wont be too bad.

My favourite oil change place. The service is unbelievably attentive, polite & helpful. I've been coming here for over ten years, and the customer service just gets stronger.
