Michael is the one that helped me, but I want to acknowledge the entire Jim Davis Automotive team. I've never experienced such a top notch service I received here. Michael definitely took the time to understand the problem and work with the team to do a thorough diagnosis. I truly appreciate how much they really care about their customers and treat each car as if it's their own.

I received my car back this afternoon after having an ignition switch replaced and Michael showed me the faulty switch that was replaced. I'm, overall, a very happy customer and will definitely bring my car back. If only I knew about this place sooner! :)

The first time I came here, BJ helped me replace a light on my Honda for $10. He was super friendly and super quick! Today, I came in on a whim during my lunch because my tire pressure light came on. Daniel greeted me right away and added air to all my tires, then found a nail on my back right tire. He immediately got to work, removed it, patched it all up and added air to the tire within 10 minutes. I was only charged $25. Couldn't beat that! I'm grateful for their kindness and for how quick/affordable they are. Truly do appreciate the team here!

I have been going to these guys for the past 12 years or so. They are honest and affordable and friendly. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine until I needed to ask a follow-up question in regards to the billing. I didn't know their labor rate was $160/hr, which seems a lot, and they do use that number to figure out how much to bill you based on long they work on your car.

I paid under $100 for mileage inspection because I brought my own oil and filter but seeing the $160 on the bill threw me off. When I asked about that on the phone, I was yelled at. I told them I didn't like being yelled at. They continued to yell, laugh, and hung up on me.

There isn't a valid reason to yell at a customer for needing explanation. I wouldn't recommend going here because they proceeded to disrespect me after I told them I didn't like being yelled at.

I doubt they would have talked to me the same way had I been a man at an autoshop.
