We would like to thank Betty and her crew for a magnificent job that they did in our back yard patio.

I found Betty through Yelp. Called her and she responded immediately, visited us less than 3 hrs after first call.

She quoted the price for whole thing and at the end the number was not off from that quotation.
She also claimed they finish the whole project in less than a week and they did , it took 6 business days for them.

They were all punctual, well behaved, and organized.
Highly recommended for those who are in need of responsible contractors.

We got so lucky to have found Betty and Gustavo. Initially, I wasted my time when I tried to look someone to do tile flooring in the bathroom on thumbtack. Found them on yelp and they were on time to give us a quote on a weekend. We added several other projects on top of bathroom such as changing faucets, installing a shower door, painting our deck, fixing kitchen cabinets hardware and they gave us a very reasonable quote. They both are amazing to work with and got our work done on time. Do not hesitate to hire them. They will not disappoint!!

Betty and her team updated our two bathrooms in our rental condo. Communications with Betty was great! They were timely and kept to the agreed budget. We are happy with the quality of work and Betty was more than flexible in adding some areas such as the fireplace surround work and painting the cabinets.

Betty, Gustavo and Cesar are an amazing team with terrific results! They are skilled, knowledgable, thorough , thoughtful, reasonable and very nice. They constructed 2 fences , a staircase, lighting and a variety of other jobs always arriving when expected, in constant contact and exceeding all expectations.
Highly recommended and we will have them back soon to work on bathrooms next.

I am so impressed with Gustavo and Betty. I was approaching the end of a remodel and was so disappointed in others because they had left several items incomplete. I called Jimenez Handyman Services to ask for help, and help is what I got. Betty and Gustavo came out the same day, and Betty took careful notes as I showed them the work that needed to be finished. Gustavo reviewed each item, gave me a fair bid, and was able to start the very next morning. They arrived on time and ready to work. I was very impressed as a checked in through the day to see that when there was an unexpected challenge or item, they took care of it. When they noticed I had overlooked an unfinished item they offered a creative solution. They were ready and able to buy the needed supplies for my job and finished ahead of schedule. Gustavo's work was excellent for the price paid. When it came time to settle the bill, Betty's careful noted amounts matched mine exactly, with no surprises or add on charges. On August 16th 2023, I hired Jimenez's Handyman services to renovate a studio apartment located in North Oakland. I am very pleased with the work done by Gustavo, Beatrice (Betty) and their crew.

They performed the work on time, within their estimate and with great professionalism. Gustavo and Betty are very easy to work with. In our initial meeting, Betty listened carefully, wrote everything down, asked intelligent questions and emailed me a transparent and fair estimate with 24 hours. Gustavo is proficient in electrical and plumbing work, a skilled carpenter and capable of doing everything I requested. Once, the job was completed, they left the premises clean and rent ready.

There was one change order, and despite knowing that I had no other options, Betty and Gustavo still gave me a fair estimate for the change order.

I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again. If you do choose to hire them, please pay them on time and in full; this is definitely a business you want to support!
