Jimmy Eddie Repairs

I took my 2008 Mercedes clk350 in for a service B and it was my first time there. I knew the guy at the front counter as he used to work at another repair shop so I bumped into him and asked where he was working so hence I ended up at Eddies. They went over my car with a fine tooth comb and called me with extra repairs that needed to be done. So I had it all repaired and was told I needed new tires, which I knew about. I went the next day and shopped around and order new tires from Michelin tires there newest sport tire which took a month to come in as my car takes two sizes. Very pleased with the workmanship and quality of work preformed. Will be going back for any other repairs. I just got back from a one week work vacation where I put 2700 klms on my car and it ran like new, but it has developed a loud noise under the car when traveling between 5 to 10 klms an hour, so I'll be back on Monday to see if they can figure out what it is.

Even though the guys at Jimmy Eddie had spent lots of time testing the computer system of my car to try to work out the sensor issue, they told me they wouldn't charge me because they wanted to learn what the dealer discovered when I took it there.
Imagine that, an automotive shop that actually admits they don't know everything and still want to learn, while helping out their customers at the same time!
They just earned a customer for life.

Excellent service! Jimmy is definitely old school and let's you know he appreciates your business; very rare in today's world. Covid safe environment; I was able to drop off and my vehicle without entering the building. Quick and efficient oil service at a much more reasonable price than the dealership. My kids have been telling me for years that Jimmy was the most honest and reliable shop in town. My daughter has told me countless times how Jimmy has told her which repairs are critical right now and what to keep an eye on; contrary to high priced recommendations from dealership when she was there addressing recall issues only. I am definitely now a fan as well!!

I've been to Jimmy Eddie a few times, as have my friends and family. All of us have come away impressed with the common-sense service and, most importantly, trust in his diagnosis and repairs. On one occasion (the first time I went there) he suggested a less expensive approach than the dealership for one issue, saving me several hundred dollars.

I wish all people were as good of humans as Jimmy. What a great trustworthy guy and solid crew. He got me square away quickly. Come here and have no worries.

Jimmy was incredibly helpful and honest with me. Although they weren't able to solve my issue, he worked hard to figure out what was wrong and find out who could best help me. Definitely recommend.
