JMV Tree Service is our go-to company for tree care and removal.  Juan and his team have pruned, removed, and/or stumped various trees at our properties. Each time, JMV Tree services has arrived on time, performed the work as agreed, and cleaned up the location of debris.  JMV's prices are reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to our neighbors and friends.

This is our third time needing tree service. Sure hope we found JMV Tree Service the first time. Now we are going to stick with JMV. From getting Jonathan out for estimate, scheduling service, to the work day and his final walkthrough, everything was done efficiently and professionally. Jonathan brought over a crew of six that were courteous and friendly. Most importantly, they went above and beyond the contracted service! They found dead branches up top in the tree and went ahead taking care of them for a professional finish. Bravo!!! We highly recommend JMV!

JMV Tree Service was great! We needed some trimming of our front and back yard trees. We inquired about their services, they showed up the same day to provide a review and quote. We even received the quote back the next day as promised. We scheduled them a few days later, they arrived on time, provided a thorough review of what was agreed to/needed. Once they were done, they cleaned everything up. Great service. We'd definitely use them again.

Extremely quick and responsive team. They were clear with their services to remove an old tree and grind the stump and provided quotes in writing the same day I requested a quote. They were able to perform the work around my schedule. The whole process was faster than I expected and the crew cleaned up things very well.

One special note - the guys had accidentally taken a climbing carabineer that I had in the tree. It very well could have been confused for one of their own climbing gear. When I brought it to their attention via email I got a response within an hour and the carabineer returned within 2 hours. Very responsive for an honest mistake.

FREE MULCH!

Let me tell you, finding mulch can be a pain. I needed a large amount, but Chip Drop seemed too much of a gamble - reviews mentioned overwhelming piles and questionable quality.

Luckily, a quick web search led me to local tree service companies, and JMV Tree Service stood out from the start. They were incredibly communicative - way better than just waiting for a random Chip Drop notification.

Here's what really impressed me:

They kept me informed: JMV let me know when mulch dumps would be available, so I could plan accordingly.
Quality matters: They even gave me a heads up about a dump that had too much wood dust, allowing me to decline and wait for a better option. No surprises!

These dudes were fantastic from start to finish. They showed up to give me a quote in about 15 minutes from when I sent the initial email, they were friendly and knowledgeable about the three big trees I wanted trimmed/pruned. I had an estimate in my inbox before the guy even pulled away from the curb. The crew showed up on time, did a magnificent job with our trees, and actually left my yard cleaner than they found it (they removed a bunch of the leaves I hadn't cleaned up before their arrival).

Before going with JVM I received quotes from 3 other tree businesses I found here on Yelp. These guys were pretty much the least expensive, by far the most professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Got an estimate out to me very quickly and waited patiently while I collected other estimates. They ended up being very competitively priced and offered a quick turnaround so I ended up going with them. Crew was quick but careful and did a great job getting our overgrown sycamore under control. Good experience all around. Thanks!

JMV gave me a competitive bid and wrote up an invoice where I could approve the work and cost. They did the best job at removal of a massive tree stump from an ash tree measuring 4.5 feet in diameter. The tree roots had uplifted the sidewalk. They hauled off all of the stump grindings which there were two loads of. Now the city can come in and replace the sidewalk. I'd hire them again!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring JMV Tree Service to trim the trees in my front and back yard, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. From the initial phone call, the team was incredibly responsive and professional. They carefully trimmed the branches to enhance the health and aesthetics of the trees while ensuring the overall landscape looked balanced and beautiful. They also took great care to avoid any damage to my property and cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving my yard spotless.

JMV and Juan were absolutely amazing to work with. We requested a quote and they came within a day and on time. Quick estimate and the most reasonable we received. We also wanted to get a permit, and Juan drove the entire process - seamlessly and always communicating with us. He did everything with a sense of urgency as our 50-ft tree was in a state that was unsafe to keep any longer.

Once he received the permit, Juan rearranged schedules to get the crew out to us the very next day. Jonathan who was leading the crew was also amazing in communicating with me the entire time. They did a fast and very thorough job. Leaving the site so clean - you wouldn't be able to guess that a large tree had just been cut.

These guys are the best! They showed up the same day to give me a quote and had availability 2 days later. The quote was very reasonable and much lower than another company we've been using. They removed a huge palm tree and trimmed two smaller ones. They were very efficient, considerate and professional. They even covered our pool with a tarp which we so appreciate. They left our backyard very clean afterwards. We will use them again!
