They were so helpful when I got a nail in my tire. I was able to drop the tire off and they fixed it in about an hour. They did not try to push new tires on me, but I will go back to them in a few months for a new set of tires. They put air in all my tires. I definitely recommend them!

My tire pressure sensor was going off and I couldn't get the cap off! Popped in here for a favor and they immediately helped me. He gave me some pointers and showed me around the car. Very helpful. Often times auto/tire shops don't take the time and care to explain the situation, but not these guys!
I was back on the road in 5 minutes. My next set of tires are coming from Joe!

Solid mechanic. Friend recommended them for affordable brake service and they were reasonable: $240 for pads and resurfaced rotors, $320 with new rotors. The found a stuck brake piston and freed it which was cheaper than a replacement but a little extra labor. $50 for an oil change after all fees. And they took my car immediately on 10 minutes notice on a Saturday. Mild snark from the owner about millennials (apparently I'm one of them if the generation starts with those born after 1978) and they didn't call to confirm the extra labor on the stuck piston, but I'd have told them to do what they did anyhow. They did try to diagnosis a steering column noise but referred me to Ray's around the corner for more involved work (google now tells me it's a plastic bushing between the steering motor and and transmission as Hyundai calls them, I'll replace it myself when I've got 2 hours to kill).

Easy spot as our dog was getting her nails trimmed across the street at Scobi Doo's.

Overall I'd send friends there happily for oil changes, tires (through I prefer America's Tires which price-matches Costco), or brake work. Thanks Joe.

Charged me DOUBLE what they normally do because we didn't discuss price before hand. Little scummy bro.

We were going to get a tire fixed. The guy working there was really friendly and said he'd have it done. Anyway we ended up not going with them because it seemed a bit pricey. We asked if we could dispose of the wrecked tire and the guy said sure for $5. Then we walked into the office to pay that and the OWNER said he had to pay $20 to dispose of the tire. $20 for this?! For a business that's been there for years sad to see so much greed from the actual owner.

I had just bought a used camper van and wanted to be sure it was safe to travel.
Joe and his team were great and installed 4 new tires at a great price.
Also fixed the front end and installed brake pads and shocks. I could see that all the old stuff was worn out.All this was done with no real appointment on two separate visits and they worked past there closing time to finish. Seems like everybody in Napa knows Mike and this shop. He is very sharp on all the repairs he does there and explains it so you can understand.
I would recommend this shop for anyone needing tires or related repairs.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to give it another shot but twice, TWICE, they have failed to deliver good customer service. I don't know how they have so many good reviews.

OVER CHARGED BY $100! I called for two tires the next day I sent my girlfriend there while I had work. And what do you know? She came home with two tires $100 dollars over what they quoted over the phone. They fully took advantage of her being a girl and ripped her off. I called and talked to the owner and he didn't offer anything to help the situation. I go to Vallejo now. Napa is crawling with rip offs like this. And rich people feel like they're getting quality for their money. It's the same thing I get in Vallejo for half the price. Don't be fooled by fast talkers and swindlers that will rip off GIRLS.
