Joe's Tires

I went there on a Saturday morning, the place was amazing in all the right ways. Friendly, quick, great service from everyone that works there , I wish we had a place like this in my hometown. Tito Burgos was outstanding and the same goes for the whole crew ! Job well done, my compliments don't do this great tire (service shop) justice.

Ripoff. They will upsell you every time. First upsold on replacements tires promising better mileage in my 2014 Prius. Mileage went down. 4 yrs, 40 VERY gentle driving miles later they refused to repair nail damage saying I needed 4 new tires despite intact tread. Second shop inspected & repaired no problem.

When i took my car in for a flat tire repair, they were so helpful and polite. Good price, consistent with what i expected. Upon my recommendation and that of another friend, my husband took his car there and had a terrible experience. The sales person was rude and tried to gouge him with prices more than 4 times what they charged me! Will not go back

So I realized my car had a very flat tire today and called around to see if I could get a same-day fix. Other places said no or were hard to get a hold of but when I called Joe's, they said they could do it and they did! I was so relieved to be able to get it taken care of and Tito and his guys did an amazing job.

Honestly, going to a garage or a place that works on cars as a woman who doesn't know very much about cars is intimidating. This obviously wasn't something I could have put off for later (I would have if I could have ) so in we went. Tito was upfront, honest, and knowledgeable and which made me feel comfortable about the whole process and service. We ended up having to replace two of my tires so Tito explained AND showed me why (which was helpful so I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of). AND these new tires even come with a warranty that my previous tires didn't have!

I'd recommend this tire shop to anyone in the area who needs a tire rotation, realignment, or replacement. I'm glad I came here and won't be anxious at all about bringing my car back for my next tire rotation. These guys are great and worth every cent.

I remember calling Ken Betts Chevron Service Center asking if I could get my 2001 BMW 740iL in for an alignment. He said that the best person he can recommend is Joe's Tires. Amazing service and was detailed on what I needed and what could use an adjustment. They are really good with their work car felt amazing and did it quickly than expected. Thanks again! Will becoming here again and telling people about this spot.

Joe's charges a 4% credit card fee! It's a HUGE ripoff. It's about $50 in credit card fees for four tires. Come on Joe this is ridiculous.

Extra large screw in my tire; they fixed it the same day and under an hour. They repaired and rotated! The front desk guys were both nice as well. Cheers!

if you are a woman and like getting ripped off, then by all means go to this place. You can pay 200 labor to replace your lug nuts and about 70-80 for parts on top of the 200 for alignment and balancing... why not? but if you have sense, go to San Pablo to the pink building where there is one flat price given for alignment and rotation/balancing. No thanks, Joe!

This is complete and total BS:

"Recognizing the urgency of your situation, we regret any frustration it may have caused. Our team suggested leaving the vehicle for at least two hours or scheduling an appointment at 8:00 am the following day. We understand that these options might not have aligned with your immediate needs, and we apologize for any inconvenience."

The only option offered was coming back the next day. How does that work when one has a tire that won't hold air. This is another example of why I will never ever give this company my business again, they are liars.
