Johnny's California Shuttle Service

I used Johnny Shuttle Service for my vacation to Disneyland, we stayed at California Adventures Hotel, and boy was I happy that I found this place through Yelp. Let see, they were prompt in confirming the pick up so I didn't have to fret about someone picking us up at the airport. They were on time, their vehicle was clean and smelled nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable to give some advice to tourist.

Yet most importantly they had CAR SEATS!!! This was huge because we have two young kids so we didn't have to lug around two huge chunky car seats from long term parking, to the airport, and repeat the process over again. With just me and my wife, with two kids (plus all the luggage that comes with two young kids), strollers, and backpacks for milk, snacks, and food this service is invaluable.

We checked around and this was definitely the best option. DON'T USE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE DISNEY RECOMMEND!!! Sadly, it seems that Disney doesn't check up on this vendor very often. We are still in dispute over a pickup we scheduled and cancelled the next day because we decided to go with Johnny's service. They billed our credit card right away and won't refund the amount even though the trip was four weeks out and we cancelled within 24 hours.

Johnny has earned our business for as long as he on top of his game and continue hiring great drivers.

We use Johnny's over and over! they take us to the airport and to the ship. They are always on time, drivers are very pleasant, vehicles are excellent and there's lots of room for luggage.

Johnny, who mans the phones and texts, is always on top of things, and if there's a problem, he fixes it right away.

Johnny's California Shuttle Service is by far the best I've used. The drivers get my family to LAX quickly and safely. I highly recommend this company and they always stay in communication with you right before your pickup time.

This is a late review. We've utilized this service multiple times for our out of state/country trips. Johnny is very easy to talk to, always on time , excellent customer service and fair pricing . Last time my parents came I didn't book right away coz it's Covid and wasn't sure about reliability of arrival and didn't book. Just called Johnny there and then once they have arrived. Fortunately he was available and in less than 20 minutes he was there.

His shuttle is spacious and clean. This service is very dependable.

Outstanding service; friendly, knowledgeable, and kind staff; comfortable transportation; and great communication make Johnny's shuttle service a must-use company when in need of airport drop-off and pick-up.

After breaking my ankle while on vacation, our driver, Martha, went out of her way to assist in getting my husband and I safely in her car at the chaotic Bradley Terminal. A courtesy I really appreciated, because I was in a lot of pain, exhausted, and a bit scared of all the activity.

I was especially thankful, too, because we had come home several days early, and Johnny was still able to arrange to pick us up ... even after I failed to properly let him know until the last minute!‍

I can't thank this company enough, and I'll never have to search for a shuttle company again, because Johnny's is the best! And their prices are good, too!

Wow! Service was wonderful. Our driver deserves a rating of 6 stars, not 5.
Driver arrived about 10 minutes early (4:20am) to take us to LAX for a 7:01am flight. Service was professional, courteous, and helpful. We arrived safely with plenty of time to check bags, go thru TSA and relax a little before boarding.
Return flight same driver. Again service was excellent. First text message from driver, we were still on the plane. Once we picked up our bags we walked outside and to text the driver with the pillar letter and number where we were waiting. Wait was about 10 minutes. Once again a safe comfortable ride home.
We will recommend Johnny's to all our friends and family.

It's all been said in other reviews but thought I'd add my voice...

They communicate well, they are on time, they have a back-up plan, they follow the flight info on line so they know if you are going to be on time or not.

I used Johnny's California Shuttle Service two years ago, and had a 100% positive experience. Great communication, on time, clean vehicles with friendly drivers. Just booked them again for my cruise later this month. Looking forward to another great experience.

I'd leave more stars if I could! Booked SUV service door to door the day before for a major concert and these guys far exceeded our expectations. Cheaper than scheduled Uber/Lyft for luxury service! We got a slick ride with our own driver who assured us he was ours for the night and not to worry about when the concert might be over, since the artist was known to play late. We simply texted when it was nearly over and he was waiting for us front row of the ride share queue. I've never gotten in and out of the Forum faster, he even offered to have anything we wanted to drink or eat post-show waiting for us! Diego is an excellent asset to a solid company, thank you guys for making our night perfect!

Great service! Diego was prompt, courteous and friendly! We were fortunate to have him pick us up and drop us off at LAX. The hours were not the best ... almost midnight when we came in and our pick up going to LAX was at 4 am. Great communication! Terrific! Mahalo!
