Michael S.Burlingame, CA175216Jul 8, 2022Sadly they do not allow retail customers any longer. If you do not have a contractors license (whether it be yours or your contractor) then you might as well turn around and go to HD or Lowes because they will not sell to you.

A couple months later the meter has gone dead so I took it back to store and tried to get a replacement. So the cashier took it and said he was going to send it back to the company and told me that it was gonna take about a couple of weeks to process. I went back there to check on it two weeks later it turned out that the guy I was dealing with quit the job. They cant find my old meter and told me they'd call me back with an update about the product. Make a long story short, no less than 3 visits and 10 calls later I have got the same response with no follow up. Now I have a lost bad meter in the process with no hope of getting either refund or replacement. So I just decided to buy another one at a different place. I know for a fact that they take real good care of big accounts but for personal use, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just good talk with no action.
