run run run. I have been going thru 3 months of hell with them. the worst service I have ever experienced. after two bad installations. have to install a third. last one they didn't make sure they check the colour lots. so now I have 3 different colours in the new installation. just very bad service. they are all over the place to put the blame on someone. was told by them they would pay for the damages from the first installer. I had to repaint walls mouldings etc. come time for them to pay. nope not doing it. again the worst experience and service I have ever had. run trust me. I could write a book on this. all I wanted was to pay for a job. get it done. that's it. but 3 months now and still not done.

as part of an insurance claim we had to replace our main floor flooring after a flood. we decided to replace the flooring in the entire house Jordan's flooring Kelowna was recommended. On their advice we laid luxury vinyl over our existing flooring. The flooring looks fine in most places. there appeared to be rippling in some areas. mainly in the area from the front door to the kitchen livingroom room which is what anyone sees as they enter our home. when I discussed this with the representative he avoided the reason. We also had to have a few planks replaced as they separated. One of the installers told us that the rippling is due to not leveling the hardwood surface before laying the tile therefore the contour of the hardwood is causing the effect. This is very disappointing as the cost was over $20,000. we also had great difficulty getting responses back from the company. I would not recommend this company again.

Not surprised to see a bad review about Jordans failing to provide safety in their stores with staff not wearing masks in their showroom and another negative review about their regional manager Gary.
Long story short, GO somewhere else to get your carpets and flooring!! Jordans does not care about public safety in the middle of a pandemic and they have poor management. John the installations manager made me a promise he could not keep and he also lied about something he said to me in our first phone call. I called him out on his lie and advised him that my calls are recorded and then I refreshed his memory on what he really did say. Our carpet installation being completed was based on their installers wearing a mask the ENTIRE time of the install when the installers would be in our home. This was established after learning from John the installation manager that this is not what they normally do because "the installers need to breathe".
NOT what I expected to hear after asking John what their covid protocols were when their installers are in a home. We were not going to have this install if this could not be guaranteed by Jordans. We were promised this and I have the phone recording of this promise from John their installations manager. The installers had to be told many times on install day to wear their masks. The management at the Burnaby location and the regional manager Gary are oblivious to the magnitude of this pandemic and their responses to me were simply ignorant. Gary advised me that he recently had blinds installed and was he ok with the installer not wearing a mask in his home because they were not in the same room.....I do not care what Gary is doing in his own home! Why did Gary feel the need to tell me this? My home and my rules REGARDLESS of anything else Jordans is comfortable with in regards to a home installation. This was not about what they were okay with, this is about me the customer and what I was okay with with my family's safety.
Management there does not seem to grasp this concept.
They broke their verbal agreement with me and jeopardized the safety of me and my husband who has heart issues.
I had an additional negative interaction with their store manager Oscar from the Burnaby location. There is systemic covid ignorance throughout Jordans.
When we were in the show room in Burnaby store there was a staff person sleeping in his chair at his desk in the showroom during our visit. It was so bizarre my husband took a picture of him. No one there seemed to care about this. We should have RUN just out the door when we witnessed this! Management is not willing to compensate our family in anyway for their breach of agreement / duty or do they feel they have done anything wrong here.

Consistently great sales help from Shadi at their Broadway and Granville location, perfect quality for the money (vinyl flooring) and perfect service when I went to their Burnaby location to pick it up. Thanks folks. I have dealt with you 3 times. Five Stars each time.

I had a bad experience with Jordan's, largely due to having dealt with a bad installer. However, Jordan's as a company really puts customers first, I was particularly happy dealing with Jenn Brooks. She is professional and offers great customer service. I was told the installer I dealt with no longer with the company and the other installers that have helped with my flooring project were great. Overall, I would still go back to Jordan's for flooring needs In the future.

Overall, a very lacklustre and frustrating transaction for a small project. Primarily the result of a poor sales agent.

We approached Jordans to purchase and install hardwood for the lower floor of our townhouse (approx 250 sq ft); a small project. While our sales agent at first meeting appeared knowledgeable and friendly, the service and communication stopped once we signed the contract.

While the installer was very good and friendly (the only reason they get two stars), the project took over 2.5 months to finish as a result of wrong transition pieces being ordered twice and other trim pieces being forgotten.

Communication is basically non-existent - on multiple occasions I emailed asking when we may expect the transition or trim pieces to be installed, all of which went unanswered.

My credit card was charged for the balance of the contract (after deposit) before the job was finished, for MORE than the correct amount, and I was not notified of the charge or provided a receipt and had to request the charge be removed until the job was complete.

With all that being said, Jordans does have some very good products and if you go to this location, request Dawn as a sales rep (we did NOT get her unfortunately).

It is with great pleasure I write this review for Jordan's. I had great service from the showroom to my installation. Jenn Brooks assisted me with the details of my installation and John Bywater and Jenn contacted me afterwards to follow up. John actually came to my apartment to check out the finished job for himself. Very impressed!

Brandon and Jerry were the installers and I cannot say enough about how amazing they were. They took impeccable care with my furnishings moving them from room to room; effeciently removed the old carpet and underlay and installed the new underlay and carpet. They took great care with the transitions required and 6 hours later as they vacuumed their way out of the apartment and hallway it was done. I was thrilled and they made it as great experience with their care and expertise. In fact, I don't know when I ever saw to guys work so hard!

I recommend Jordan's and if you chose them make sure you ask for Brandon and Jerry!

Jenn Brooks was so great to deal with (see below*) - business like, professional, friendly and concerned about her customer. Really made our 2 room and hall basement carpet purchase and install a very easy transaction.
*The installer noticed a colour line running through the carpet (it was sold as an "irregular" product) he offered to mention it to Jenn to see if she would give a discount. I was happy to hear from JENN - she offered me a % back on the carpet. I felt I had to mention that it was sold as an "irregular" and Jenn said she wanted us to be happy so we were thrilled !
Compared to other "discount" flooring outlets (who wouldn't even give me a sample of the flooring I was interested in), Jordans, their installer and JENN Brooks were very professional and went above and beyond. Our carpet still looks new. As a basement project we were on a budget, but they had high- end, beautiful products also.

The installer came on time--he was briefed on what we wanted but also took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. He worked quickly and got everything done on time. These guys can't seem to get to do a house call properly. It looks like I am the guy selling myself to Jordan's to get some attention from them... We scheduled an initial housecall to do measurements.We give our contact all our details saying the buzzer doesn't work. Call us when you are downstairs. Any professional would actually give you a definite time. These guys say...hmm stay home, we'll call you maybe...(without specifying a time). My wife stays home on a Thursday, works from home, gets a call at 11:30, she is on a call then on a meeting. She calls back 20 minutes later, our contact is out sick. So the first Thursday goes waste. Then instead of them following up I actually send an email. Same BS this time. We'll come at 4:30 on the Monday. So I stay home. Our primary contact says, oops sick again. A second guy calls saying I'll be closer to 12. I get a call at 12, saying sorry I tried your buzzer three times. We'll have to schedule another day. I mean...My employer doesn't pay me $100/hr to sit around at home waiting for Jordan's professionals to come show up when they like to take carpet measurements!

My wife and I are working professionals, with very little time for bullshit.
