Jorge's Tree Service

Jorge and his crew exceeded my expectations. He was easy to work with, professional, and timely. His crew worked 2 days straight removing trees and pruning back all other trees in our yard. His prices are fair, they provide quality work, I highly recommend hiring them.

Jorge was directed by a neighbor and illegally tresspassed and cut the tops of the redwood trees to give his client a better view. I would not recommend a service with these values. He also cut the guy's olive trees off straight at the top leaving everything very ugly. He would not call me back when I tried to discuss it with him, so I am leaving these pictures and reviews here. They also let heavy branches and trunk fall and damage smaller trees as well as trampled flowers.

Our cabin burned down in the 2017 Tubbs Fire. As part of the rebuild permitting process, we had to clear trees within a 100' radius of the build site. Jorge's Tree Service provided the most competitive bid, but the work he and his crew did was top notch. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all details, and he his company has since undertaken other large projects for us in Mill Valley and Muir Beach.
Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the work Jorge and his crew have done on our property. They did extensive work removing very large trees with ease. Very efficient and followed the rules set forth by our permit we obtained. The rates for his services are reasonable and we appreciate that as we will be repeat customers. Thank you Jorge.

Jorge's Tree Service has done work for me multiple times, and has always done a great job. They are fast, efficient, and affordable. Definitely contact them for a quote if you need work done, and I think you'll be impressed. There is a recent negative review posted by Joy G who is a neighbor of mine who never used Jorge's for work. She is unhappy that we were issued a permit to remove trees and that Jorge's did the work. Her negative review was posted just because she didn't like that we removed the trees, and is wrongfully taking that out on the company that did the work.

Jorge and his team did an amazing job. We had a really big pine (over power lines) that needed to come down and they handled it without incident. The work included stump grinding as well as removal of a couple of juniper trees and various dead trees/plants.

Super responsive, hard working and reasonable price.

1. The owner answered my telephone call directly. He mentioned that he was in the midst of a job and would call me back later that day. He followed up with the phone call during the pre specified time frame. I appreciate that calls are returned as planned.
2. He arrived for the estimate appointment as scheduled. He answered my questions in an knowledgeable and meaningful way.
3. His pricing was reasonable.
4. The job was performed with professionalism - care for the surrounding property and landscaping.
5. The work crew was organized, cleaned up after each day's work, and were friendly.

As a reminder, I do not post reviews of small businesses that provide mediocre or poor services. I understand the challenges of operating a small business and will contact them privately for underwhelming service or performance.
