Water was leaking into my garage from a balcony above. I sent a request for a quote to another company on a Thursday morning. They couldn't send anyone out until the following Tuesday and were going to charge $85 just to provide an estimate! I then contacted Jose HandyMan Services late afternoon on the same day. Mario came out the next day and I had a free estimate later than evening. Mario then came back on Saturday to fix the leak. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them, and will call them again when I need repairs.

He listened to me and also gave me great information on the cause some of the bathroom caulk and grout problems he was there to fix.

As always, great job. This guy is honest and hardworking. He knows a lot about home repairs and will follow your wishes, but trust his judgment.
I have used him in a range of services: installing pocket doors (including finish work and painting), sheetrock repair, weatherstripping, patios, light fixtures, more.

I had a ceiling that previously had experienced water damage. I had hired roofers to fix the exterior roof but needed someone to fix the interior. Called these guys based on Yelp ratings and glad I did. Smooth beautiful finish.

Jose was contracted to repair some water damaged sheet rock in our home. He was prompt, professional and did great work. The sheet rock, texturing and fresh coat of paint all look like new. Would definitely use Jose again.

He and his team performed a number of varied tasks quickly, carefully, and with reasonable costs. From adding deadbolts to installing outdoor cameras three floors up! What a friendly crew.

The old heater was removed and the new heater was installed. The old heater had screws sticking out from the stud. It was a tough job, but Jose and team completed the job well. Excellent price.
