EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I hope I never have to come back here in the near future, but if I have to, I know I'll be in good hands. I was involved in a head-on collision that left the front of my car looking so ugly. I happened upon JP Auto Body after seeing all the positive reviews. So, I decided to make the trip to South City. I bring my car there, and Aaron and Peter immediately made me feel welcome and reassured me that my car would be well taken care of. I'm not going to lie, the price of the repairs initially shocked me, but I promise you: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. It was absolutely worth it. When I saw the finished product, I was over the moon. I've had my car worked on before in more, for lack of a better word, "sketchy" establishments, and let me tell you, my car was never the same after that. I will trust JP Auto with all my auto paint and body needs. Massive thank you to Aaron for being so thorough and discussing every aspect of the estimate. As a young female with little to no knowledge about cars, not to mention being intimated about heading into a repair shop by myself, Aaron went out of his way to answer my questions and to break down piece by piece all the parts that were going to get replaced. Thank you for being communicative and for calling consistently to keep me updated on my car's progress. Thank you to Gabriel for working on my car and making it look brand new again, and to Peter for his honesty and professionalism! I definitely recommend JP Auto Body Shop!!

Had my car serviced here after a fender bender. Worked with Aaron who was amazing.

- Aaron was very responsive to my calls and questions. Pretty much expect him to get back to you within an hour or two if he doesn't pick up right away.

- Process was very simple and hassle free--I thought it would be a huge pain, but Aaron took care of me and the paperwork within 30 mins of bringing the car in, as well as communications with my insurance. After dropping off my car I only had to pick up my car and sign two weeks later.

- Very transparent with what all of the steps were. I knew what they were planning on doing, and how much I was going to pay leaving the shop. When something came up, Aaron updated me right away.

Great service, and would definitely recommend the shop!

I want to Thank Aaron for assisting me through out the whole process. He was very kind and informative. Broke everything down for me and made it easy to understand the process. I am very happy with the outcome. Looks brand new and I appreciate the cleaning and wax that was done. Once again thank you Aaron and JP for the great work your shop has done .

Tesla Model Y 2022

Over the years, I've gone to JP Auto several times. Every time, it's a great experience. They go out of their way to communicate, they handle all of the back and forth with the insurance company, and I never feel bamboozled. Enterprise rentals do a pickup/drop off there from their San Bruno location not far away. Aaron is accommodating and responsive - thanks, Aaron!

Best of all, they do a good job at what they are experts in - fixing damage. My car always comes out looking so good and they even clean it before returning it. Sometimes, I wonder if integrity is a lost value, until I reach out to JP Auto and my faith in humanity is restored.

They are my #1 go-to, even if I wish I never needed to see them. :)

JP Auto Body was top notch. I worked with Monica who was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and responsive. She took initiative to work with my insurance company for approval to work on my car. They went above and beyond and even removed vinyl wrapping I didn't want anymore free of charge. My car returned looking like new. Monica communicated regularly so I had confidence they were taking care of me. Highly recommend!

I just got my cat fixed. Aaron was my estimator. He helped me contact the insurance company and fix the car--fantastic customer service.

JP auto did an excelling job repairing our Tesla. Bryan was great with communicating with the at fault insurance, we didn't pay anything out of pocket.

As they were inspecting the car, they found additional damage that needed additional parts and more time to repair

We had a road trip coming up and were worried we'd miss our reservations. Bryan was able to source parts from a different shop and got our car done ahead of schedule.

Car looks good as new. They even vacuumed, washed, and patched a tire.

My car got hit when I was stopped at a stop sign and my bumper was damaged. When the other driver's insurance company asked me to find a shop to do the repairs at, I saw that several of my friends had rated JP highly. I decided to go with them to replace my bumper.

They were responsive and nice during the repair process. They sent me pics of the new bumper that came in and were generally good at answering my questions about my car. They made sure that there were no additional damage caused by the accident. When I got my car back, they had washed it and cleaned the inside of the car. I was super appreciative of this.

Overall, I would definitely come back to them if I ever needed repairs. They were very kind and responsive. Don't hesitate to trust your car with them.

I can't recommend this shop highly enough! Despite living an hour and a half away, I've chosen to use their services twice now, and each time has been worth the drive. They did a fantastic job fixing my rear-ended car, ensuring it looked and functioned like new.

The staff here are incredibly kind and professional. What really stood out to me was how they went to bat for me with the insurance company, making sure that no corners were cut on the authorized repairs. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about their customers, but I felt that the staff here really does. 10/10 would recommend.
