J's Taxi

We asked to be picked up at at 5:15 pm for the Petaluma airporter. No one showed up. I called the cab # and the man that answered said he had no record of our reservation. He said he would be on his way but called back later to ask the address again. He was in Santa Rosa. I cancelled the cab and had our neighbor take us. Very disappointed the reservation was never honored.

Forgot to pick up my daughter for work (her first week)- scheduled the day before. When I called they came 20 mins later -so she was late. Not about the $$$. Needs to be on time-they had zero clue.

So friendly! Was there right when they said they would be. Great way to get around! We used them twice.

Easy to book with a prompt arrival for an early morning airport ride and very polite staff that is easy to communicate with!

called this number yesterday to book a ride to the airport shuttle this morning at 4:15. should have known something was shady when the guy said GREEN TAXI-- I'll leave my scathing review for both. called at 4:20 and got the Js guy who had no record of the call. I now have to take a $90 Lyft directly to the airport, wasting my prepaid shuttle ticket and I still don't know if anyone from Lyft is working this early anyway. I'm furious.

J's Taxi is my go to! If you need a late night ride with a driver you can trust or a scheduled trip to the airport they are always there for me. I work in production and travel for a living as well as have co workers or clients who need rides, J's is always who I call. The owner and drivers are always willing to go out of their way to make your ride comfortable and convenient for you. I can not stress how amazing this cab company is. I will always use J's over Lyft or Uber. The cleanliness, friendly and quality service is hard to find anywhere else. Thank you J's for being top notch.

I am kind of old school about transportation and prefer a cab to Uber and Lyft. With those other options you don't know who you will get but with J's there is assurance the the cab is clean, always on time, and you will have a great driver. Really, why risk a cruddy ride when you are guaranteed a safe and dependable one with J's. I've used their services for more than a few years and am thrilled to give them this review. Five stars, of course!
