After trying to deal, for weeks, with the vendor (in San Jose) that my home warranty company wanted me to use, I finally got fed up and called our local Just Dryers folks. They came out very quickly, on time, super friendly. They fixed the issue and I was eventually able to have the home warranty pay for it.
Short story is: I highly recommend Just Dryers - super nice people, great work, reasonable pricing - it's great to work with a (smaller local!) company who cares about the job it does.

Thanks for the review, Adam. Happy we could take care of the problem, without the headache. We've all been there, frustrated with warranties trying to repair our everyday appliances, like dryers...weeks out. Now you know the local and more efficient option :)
