Just Mike!

I hired these guys to fix a few quick things around the house. They needed to replace a reverse osmosis water tank, fix my front door so it closed properly and neatly staple an exposed wire to the wall.

They showed up on time (a huge accomplishment given how flaky some of these guys are) and finished the tasks relatively quickly. They charge $95/hour but they do good work.

I'd definitely hire them again.

I made the mistake of accepting a per-hour rate. Sweeping the leaves and dirt off a small portion of my roof should've taken less than an hour, max. But he took 3. I guess there was a miscommunication, since he also cleaned out my gutters.

The roof and gutters came out super clean. But still... I only wanted a portion of my roof to be swept, and didn't expect to pay for more than an hour of work. Maybe 2 at most. So it was surprising to be charged for 3.

Mike and 2 of his handymen helped move a huge 620 pound built in fridge, cleaned up the mold/mildew behind the fridge, and installed a new outlet. Looked as good as new when they were done.

I Yelp messaged Just Mike for an estimate which was 4 days ago. He never replied back. Radio silence aka ghosted me

I had an emergency request to replace faulty smoke alarms in my apartment home. If you can imagine, loud decibel chirps going off at 2:30 AM in the morning. I reached out to three other handymen and Just Mike was the only one that picked up the phone. Mike listened, was upfront about the cost of labor and part and schedule to come out that same day. He was able to squeeze me in early in the day - and i (and my neighbors) appreciated it.

Just Mike was professional, quick and professional. He did not play bait and switch tactics with final labor cost.

I would highly recommend Just Mike as I plan to use them for future projects.

We just called Just Mike few days ago and they came today at 12pm and patched up our holes in the family room and bedroom since we are reorganizing some things. Boss man came out with his two men and worked together as a team.
One of the guys stayed back to finish the paint to make sure it is finished smoothly and he did a pretty darn good job. Spent a few hours here and it looks like new. The right price and responsive. Great service overall! We will know who to call for future makeovers.

I needed a desk built and some frames hung in my office, after searching and searching the web I found Just Mike. Totally worth the wait and the price! I am happy and my boss is happy.
The gentleman who came to do the assembly was fast, super friendly, very professional as well! He wasted no time and got work right away. In the future if I need anything else done that requires handy man services....Just Mike will for sure be my go-to.

Mike was very prompt with his responses, reasonable pricing, and clean. He made sure to clean his mess after coming to do some patchwork for us and even offered to come back for a touch up if we weren't happy.
