Just Relax Massage

The best massage treatment I have experienced. I found April to be Professional, Informative and Caring. I I will highly recommended her I just got back from an hour long massage with April. Not only does she do a thorough job, tackling all the areas I needed help with, but her work space is impeccable. The room is nice and open, her massage table is clean. My muscles were tight and I have knots in my shoulders and yet after an hour with April my body feels light and tension free. I recommend her to all of my friends who could use a really good massage. I haven't found a better, friendlier professional massage place.

My husband and I decided to go here because it was walking distance from our house. We set up an appointment beforehand. We arrived and we're sitting with another man who was also waiting. When the massage therapist came out she asked if it was a massage for 3 people, keep in mind it's 2 men and 1 women I've never heard of a group massage. We told her no! This place is so disorganized because she didn't know we had an appointment. After coming in and out of the waiting room she calls the other man to get his massage. He walked in and not even 5 minutes later he walks out while one of the massage therapist rubbing his shoulders then she walks back into the room. The first massage therapist comes and calls us in and tells us we have to pay before we get our massage, my husband tells her that is not how it's usually done she seems confused and walks back inside. After that I thought it was too awkward that we decided to leave cuz this place is too weird and disorganized. Now after looking at the other reviews I'm glad we didn't go through with it.

I had some terrible knots in my back and did a walk-in. The masseuse shouldn't really be called a masseuse. A rubber of skin is probably more accurate. She rubbed so much with no technique that it felt as though I was going to have friction burns on my back. I finally asked her to stop short of the allotted time after repeatedly asking for her to focus on the knots.

I was asked to pay before the massage began and once I walked out of the massage room, I was asked for a tip. I ended up booking at a nearby spa later that day and received a massage from someone who knew what she was doing.

I would say this place serves an average massage. I came in on a whim after physical therapy needing to get some knots worked out. The ambience was nice, it was quiet and clean. My rating is based on experiences at similar type massage places. I wasn't wow'ed.

Came in for a massage with a friend. The whole service was very rushed and just seemed like they are about money. From the moment we came in we were very rushed with our questions and were told to pay upfront before the service was finished. Half of the time the lady was running out and greeting customers during my massage appointment. The massage was not relaxing at all when she was rubbing my body with a towel to wash off the oil. She just dragged the towel across the body and scrub my whole body it was very painful and uncomfortable no effort.
The worst part is at the end of the service after we got dressed and came outside. The two ladies were standing outside with two little candy suckers and mini water bottles waiting for a tip. We paid full balance in cash and left a $15 tip for two people , they were very disappointed in the tip and said usually people tip more. The service itself was horrible and yet you feel the audacity to tell somebody to tip more than $15. I feel as I should have got a discount on the massage regardless of the tip.

These people are just working for money. They have no real passion in their work and I don't believe that their hands are qualified to do this type of work. They are very uncomfortable to talk to and deal with not a place. I would recommend to get your mind off of things .

I came here with my wife on Sunday (Mother's Day) at 7pm. It was our first time here, because the other massage places that we frequent were all booked up, and for good reason. So we called this place and got a couples massage by lucky chance (or so we thought).

The waiting room is very small, like there is a 3 person couch, but if one person was sitting on there, it's awkward to sit next to them, and you'll be standing in front of both the entrance door and the door to the massage hallway.

The massage rooms are very small, and even though we got a couples massage, we were in separate rooms but had a sliding door open between the rooms. Which didn't help us in anyway, but helped the massage therapist talk to each other. And there was no music playing to drown out their conversation. I felt my particular masseuse was initiating the talking because it seemed like she didn't want to massage and was just waiting for her day to end. (Not sure what language, but I'm guessing it was a dialect of Chinese).

Her massage was as hard as a 6 year old child. I know this because I have a 6 year old I would ask to squeeze my shoulders as hard as she can. And Yes, I did request my massage to be "hard", because she asked in the very beginning. During the first 15 minutes, I was hoping her initial massage was a warmup for her hard pressure that never happened. I did feel her elbows and forearms on my shoulders, but it's equivalent of my 6 year old using her elbows on my shoulders. I'd imagine my masseuse was a 70 pound old lady. My assumption was close when I turned around.

Not knowing the language she was speaking to her co-worker, I could get the impression she was just saying/counting down the time of when the hour is up. After I was dressed and stepped outside, she rushed over asking for a tip; I was shocked because we both know how terrible of a job she did, but my wife is nice enough to give her a generous cash tip.

The reason why this review is two stars is because my wife had a great massage by Penny. I didn't bother getting my masseuse's name because I know I wouldn't go back, and had no intention of writing this review. (Because I really don't like to write negative reviews), but as a community member, I feel I should pass on my experience.

So ask for Penny and avoid the other older, skinny lady, unless you want to know what a toddler massage feels like. (Or if that's your massage tolerance).

I feel like this place is a hidden gem, because I never knew this great business existed until a few days ago. I needed a massage with the right amount of pressure but not felt like I was getting beaten down, and after my experience here, this is where I'll be going from now on.

I first entered to a small room with a couch, then a lady came to bring me back to a room. There was some confusion, because she asked if I'd be paying with cash to which I replied no. She told me to get ready for the massage, but I'm glad I stayed clothed, because a young lady walked in asking if I'd be paying with card. She had a small black card reader with her phone and asked for my card, so she can input the total plus tip. Once that was squared away, I removed my clothes, put the purple sheet over me, and the massage began shortly after.

The lady who massaged me was nice. She asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure, asked if I was ok sometime during the massage, and she applied hot stones to my body. After I put my clothes back on, she was waiting outside the door with a small bottled water and some candies.

I will definitely be coming back, and I'll be sure to bring cash next time for a smoother process. Thanks again!

My wife & I have been coming for a couple of years. Tonight her & I got our usual hour long couples massage & it was fantastic! They are extremely accommodating, as we never have an appointment & very professional.

The massage was so good that I don't remember most of it. Fell asleep after 5-10 mins & woke up to the last 10 mins. I left feeling like a new person.

My experience with Just Relax was anything but relaxing. Every sound could be heard throughout the whole building. My therapist was in and out of the room several times after starting late. I got maybe 40 minutes of the 60 minutes I paid for. There was no communication from the staff. The oil they used made my skin itchy and a lot of the times she wasn't using enough lotion so the massage was grating. Would not recommend and I will not be back.
