I give Oscar and K&G Mobile Tire Repair 5-stars for their level of service and competence!
One morning, I was traveling home on the 101. All of the sudden, I heard a hissing sound for a few seconds, then a pop, then a lot of flopping sound on the road. The car veered off a little, and my dashboard started blinking "low air pressure". I was surprised, because my Enclave only had 15k miles on it, and I drive pretty conservatively.
It turned out I had a huge gash on the outside of the right rear tire, and it popped on the freeway! I was very fortunate to have kept control of my vehicle, since my young son was in the back seat.
Just a few days ago, my employee gave me Oscar's card. I called, and Oscar happened to be nearby. Within 5 minutes, his mobile tire van was right behind me off the freeway ramp. He examined the tire, and told me that he will help place the spare on so I could drive home.
"When am I going to get a new tire?" I asked. Oscar said he usually has some inventory of tires in his van, but since the Enclave requires a special size, it would need a special order.
"I'll see you at your house in one hour to put in your new tire," Oscar said. I was skeptical! One hour for special order tires???
Anyways, I drove home and went about my business...
Within the hour, Oscar pulled up behind my SUV at home, removed the spared, installed the brand-new tire, and checked all tire pressures. It took him about 15 minutes, while I was inside painting my door.
And the entire time, Oscar was eager to help and very pleasant, even under the scorching sun. It's pretty obvious he wants to do a good job for people.
I gave it a couple of weeks just to make sure the tire works great before giving a good review. It's been perfect for 1 month!
I hope the SUV doesn't need more tires soon. But if it does, I'll call Oscar. And for my friends' and family's peace of mind, I'm telling them about K&G.
It sucks to be stuck with a flat. Now, instead of limping your beaten car to who knows where... Dial Oscar up. I highly recommend it.

So, I called a few mobile tire repair companies to have our son's tire repaired or replaced today in Redwood City. After calling 4 places and waiting over an hour everyone telling me the same thing..... "Send me your location and I'll text you back with the cost" the ONLY one who immediately responded was Oscar! So he responded immediately with the cost and he says he'll be there in 50 min and we were OK with that (keep in mind we have already been waiting about 3 hrs now- why you ask? Because the tires have locks which we don't have the key for and therfore can't remove the tires to drive it ourselves to get repaired.
Well, 5 minutes after being told it would be 50 minutes, imagine our surprise when I got a text message with a screenshot showing he's 30 min away . Oscar was really quick, super efficient, and professional. Let's not forget SUPER REASONABLE with his price. He even offered to remove the locks from our son's other tires. His hours of mobile repair do not compare - 10 PM !!!! I'll tell you he goes ALL OVER THE BAY AREA ! I now have my go to for all tire repairs - K&G Mobile Tire Repair. His number is now in my favorites and I WILL be referring my friends and family to Oscar. Thank you for your impeccable service !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR YOUR TIRE REPAIR NEEDS.

This place is amazing. They arrived quickly and their attitude and work was spot on excellent. You can't put a price on what kind of job they did but they are too honest with their work. I would have payed 5x more if they asked. They took care of me and all my services I requested. Couldn't even imagine what I would have done if they didn't come for the rescue.
