Honestly blown away by the speed, quality and customer service of this shop, the reviews don't lie.

I brought my Acura in for some unknown tire issue. The team was able to detect it in less than 10 minutes and then implemented a fix for 5 minutes. They even showed me where the issue was and explained how they would fix it. On top of that, the price was very fair i was out of the door in less than 30 minutes.

This shop needs more business so that they can get a bigger garage. A+ customer service, value, speed, and car care.

Misdiagnosed.

I had squeaky noise coming from my wheels.

Kasim looked at my brakes and said that the rear rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced. I was quoted $500.

I had another shop look at my car and it turns out it was the FRONT brake pads that needed to be replaced. Rear had plenty left. $200 done.

Squeaky noise is now gone.

They helped me with oil change, new tires, changed brake pads/rotors for a reasonable price.

Friendly service as well, would recommend!

K&S did an amazing job replacing the thermostat in my 2008 mini cooper! I came in with the check engine light on They were able to get me in the same day for a diagnostic and gave me a detailed review of what needed to be fixed as well as their recommendation and even texted photos of the issues they found. They had the best competitive pricing of all the nearby shops I messaged and responded really quickly to all my questions/messages on Yelp. They texted me updates about the process and fixed the car really quickly so I could pick it up next.

Repeat customer! Came back to K&S for my GTI. I had wasted 1 year for the dealership to fix my airbag light for 1year. They kept saying that the seatbelt part was on back order. Well 1 year passed and now my smog is due. Called up K&S scheduled an appointment and they found a compatible part, installed it and had it smog ready in ONE day! I waited 1 year and K&S had it done in 1 day and a lot cheaper than the dealership! Thank you K&S!!!!

I've been a customer for four years and I do all my service (including oil change) for our cars strictly at this shop. Kasim and the team run a well organized shop, with honesty and integrity. They are busy but I never felt they rushed my car.

Four years ago a friend recommended this shop to me when I had a problem with my car overheating (a problem created by another auto service, which I don't want to get into). When they diagnosed the problem they explained it clearly to me, what caused it, and then followed up with the image of the bad radiator that had to be replaced. I had felt angry at that other service shop but at the same time relieved to know I was in good hands.

Since then they have always taken good care of our cars, going above and beyond from time to time. Recently, while doing the oil change, the mechanic David noticed a small problem with the clamp on the tire, which was causing the tire to lose pressure, and fixed it no charge. I would have gladly paid for it but he just waived me off. I felt relieved that I don't have to add pressure to practically new tires every couple of weeks anymore.

Today I feel compelled to write this review because again these guys fixed the problem for real. A month ago I was driving up near Petaluma when my car stopped and I had to go to any mechanic that could see me. That Petaluma shop replaced the battery, but for whatever reason they didn't know to replace the failing alternator. Again, Kasim not only identified the problem, but explained why and checked the car over before fixing it and returning it to me.

One last thing. On my way out, Kasim said to nevertheless watch for any signs of trouble and if anything seems suspicious to just bring the car back and he'll check it. This is important to me: I know anyone who works can make a mistake or miss something. But when I find someone who is interested in fixing the problem for me (for a very reasonable price) and not just take my money, I'm coming back even for oil change. I want them to have all my business.
