K P's Auto Body Shop

I had a 2 year old Lease Vehicle that had some pretty bad scratches in various places around the vehicle. I was fairly certain it would need Auto Body work. I took the Vehicle to several auto body shops around Vancouver who quoted me between $1500-$2000 to do a full sand down, paint, and clearcoat.
Then I went to see Kevin at K P's Auto Body. He advised that the scratches were quite bad, but they should be able to wet sand and buff most of the scratches out. He was confident that it was going to be okay.
I returned a few hours after dropping my Vehicle off, and it was amazing. I could barely see where the scratches were before. From 20 feet away, I could not see any damage.
The price that Kevin charged me was a fraction of what I was going to pay elsewhere.
I would highly recommend K P's! For those of you who may have a Lease Vehicle with some bad scratches, that you might think will need a repaint, wait! See Kevin at K P's Auto Body. You will be amazed what his crew can do for you! Skip the fancy showroom Autobody places that rip you off, go with K P's Auto Body. Straight up reliable, and hard working staff that get it right.

Sooo professional !!!

I can't say enough about the treatment my car and I both received from KP Auto Body.

Right from the very kind receptionist to the owner and Luis.
They arranged the rental car and even an extension as I was out of town a few days and couldn't pick it up at the appointed time.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Luis who took me into their shop and went over step by step exactly what was done.
They took all my stress away from getting my vehicle assessed, repaired and handed back to me like a super shiny brand new vehicle....it was amazing.... really!!
If you want a no worry experience getting your car repaired after a collision these gentlemen at KP,s Auto Body Shop are the ones to do it.
I really have to say my treatment felt like I was dealing with a company that treated myself and my vehicle as if it was their very own!

Whenever I get into one of those unfortunate car accidents, the first place I think of when having my dings and dents repaired is K P. They are an "ICBC Accredited" shop, so any minor accident that was not your fault, and was no hit and run, you complained of no bodily injury, and ICBC has waved the deductible on you, most likely you will not even have to go to the claim centres, as when you tell them on the phone, you can just go here.

A big shop, where the entrance for a car is on the back alley, which is really close to Brittania Secondary. Any body work that needs to be done, they do a great job in restoring your car back to what it should be looking like. The workers are helpful in explaining what they did after you pick up your car, are very thorough from front to back. The guy who runs the shop (Kevin) is very friendly, and over the years of coming here, he knows who I am, and all his clientele, and not treating you just as another number going through his shop.

They have courtesy cars here, that are a bit older, but they have them, but what really sets this shop apart from the rest is the service, attitude, and care that take on working on your car. They are very honest as well!

KP's Auto Body raises the bar above and beyond my expectations
When I picked up my Jeep Patriot 2017 it was like the day I took it home. They detailed even fixed up the other little scratches around my vehicle. The body work is perfection and the work guaranteed for life as long as I own my vehicle.
Their service is so friendly I wanted to hug them all. They apologized for courtesy car, the cutest little Pontiac Vibe, for being old, but it was clean and it zipped me around Vancouver nicely. I was grateful for a courtesy car. Thank you KP! I'm recommending you to my friend who's Audi shop doesn't even provide her a courtesy replacement vehicle.

Kevin & Luis at KP's Auto Body Shop ROCKS!!! The best auto shop in the lower mainland. Cars are properly fixed and comes out super clean, as if out of the showroom. Lena does wonders handling the front office, so Kevin & Luis could do their magic in the shop. I always recommend them to my friends and family. Cars are delivered fixed as promised.

Get ready, this is a long review.

It looks really old from the outside and may make customers think twice before bringing their cars in for a repair, but don't be fooled, the shop is truly amazing. I pulled my damaged vehicle (less than 1.5 month old, brand new) into the back lot and was sort of hesitant. My mom had her car repaired at the dealer and they did a horrible job and since the dealer I bought my car from brings their customer's cars to that same dealer for repair (both dealers under the same company), I didn't want them to repair my car.

I had my hood dented, fender dented, headlight crushed, bumper scratched, windshield cracked at bottom, and of course a wheel alignment and frame check would have to be done (which ICBC dosen't pay for, but this shop paid for it for me). It was going to be a big and expensive job. Car was Pearl White which made paint matching even more difficult.

Kevin happened to walk out of the shop as I parked my car and greeted me with a smile. He was very kind and we spoke for awhile. He had even showed me his work and the steps he takes for car painting. He would not just tape off areas he didn't need to paint but actually take out the handles, headlight, etc to make sure the paint has good coverage so that it won't peel in the future. I left feeling that my car was in good hands.

It took 1.5 months for the repair (accident near end of November). Delays from ICBC approval to shipping parts during holidays and being out of stock in North America dragged the repair times.

When they're first offered me a 2016 Corolla, I had asked for an older car since I didn't need such a new one which I would have to look after. I ended up with a 1999 Corolla DX. I had trouble driving it in the snow so Luis swapped me over to a 2003 Acura TL. They were patient with me through out the whole, swapping-cars-too-times, deal.

Luis was super helpful and was able to answer all the questions I asked. Luis did the reports and files for ICBC's approval for the repairs. I'm really inpressed with the paint job, white pearl is one of the hardest colors to match and it looks perfect. My car was returned to me clean both inside and out. Everything was very well doctumented and neat.

I'm glad I came to this shop, they have my full trust and would recommend anyone I know to them in the future. It's not worth it to cheap out on repairs when you are not happy with them and later on get annoyed everytime you walk past that poorly repaired area.

We have used Kevin's services a couple of times for our Audi. Both the times the service was exceptional. Communication is very clear. There are no surprises. Kevin takes the time to go through the details and makes sure you understand the work being done, cost associated and the time. All in all, very reliable and highly recommend KP's services.

Kevin and the gang were great and personable. Gave us a loaner car that was clean and current. It took longer than expected due had to wait for parts from the States. He doesn't cut any corners and is up front with the repairs. There were a couple of concerns when we picked up the car but Kevin addressed them all to our satisfaction. He replaced the tab in the trunk that was apparently damaged previously, unbeknownst to us. The engine compartment appeared very dusty from the shop and he offered to clean it. The battery we had apparently was dead and he offered to swap it out for another battery he had kicking around. All done at no charge! Would highly recommend this place if you had an accident.

There isn't enough stars for these guys. I'd be giving 100 if it would let me. Kevin, Luis and Lena were so amazing to work with. They are so proud of the work they do and it definitely shows in the attention to detail in their repairs. My car honestly looked like the day I drove it off of the lot both inside and out. I have a 2007 Honda Civic and they treated it like it was a Lamborghini in their shop. I am so happy I stumbled upon these guys and will forever recommend them to ANYONE that requires their services. Wherever you were told to bring your car, throw the address away and bring it here. You will not regret it. Thanks again to all of the staff at KP's Auto Body Shop that helped to get me back on the road. First class service from a first class shop!

I can't say enough great things about Kevin and his team. I was very particular as to where I wanted to have my vehicle painted. I have had many bad experiences with other local companies so I did my homework before choosing KP. They did an amazing job matching the paint Color as I have a black with blue pearl paint. He matched it perfectly as well was kind enough to buff out a couple other scratches I had on my bumper as well as clear coat peeling in the front which he fixed for a box of donuts , yah a box of donuts for each part ,wow Audi wanted $500 . I love my car and don't just trust her with anyone . I highly reccomeng KP auto. They made me love my Audi even more,she sparkles.
