This corporation has plans to ruin our neighborhood with plans to fly 737 jets in and out of Livermore airport. What are they thinking!!! The noise pollution from Livermore Airport is already disruptive. KaiserAir will make the noise pollution unhealthy. Stay in Oakland!

Kaiser Air is reliably one of the worst FBO's in the country despite their premium location and historic name. The terminal is shabby and lacking even in nice restrooms or seating area. But as an aircraft owner and pilot, the front desk staff is surly and inattentive and often one arrives to a slow re-fueling process and it is not uncommon for one to arrive with no marshalling into the parking spot for aircraft even mid day. Car service access to the ramp or rental car placement on ramp is unreliable. If you can, land at San Jose or even Hayward for better service.

A very good fbo for our Merlin N307PA today stop about 6 hours and nice crew car and lobby for all pax and crew needs. Just right and easy off on Runway28R. Had not been here for several years. Thanks to great line service and front desk girls for making this a pleasant stop.

KaiserAir is a private jet company that allows customers to fly at their own preferences. Customers fly in the most luxurious planes with all their needs catered to. The customer service is great. Everyone is so kind and friendly!

The planes itself are beautiful and so comfy! When flying on a regular plane, the seats are leather and you can angle the seat at almost any comfort setting! I know a lot of planes do that, but I guarantee their planes are much more comfy. Also there is private parking so you don't have to worry about your car.

This type of private airline is extremely pricey, but if you want to fly in comfort and glam, this place is perfect. They truly respect privacy and the importance of customer service.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Premium prices for premium fuel.

I love walking the tarmac and being next to all these aircraft, and seeing the Kingfisher private jet.... But it's also cool to see the Kona Shuttle a couple times a week.

I park my plane here so I can't knock them that much, but damn ! How do you get off Charging $6.18 a gallon for 100LL when BUSINESS JET down the ramp has you beat by $0.50?

They only have the cookies out once in a while and if you're a tiny Private operator then you gotta fuel youself and thread the gaunlet of big Gulfstreams and Challengers. They even have a 757 and a 737 that they service..... Little too expensive and too busy to be my prefered FBO.

Good service. Large ramp. Friendly Staff. Facility is small and functional.

Very small facility. Friendly staff. No crew cars. Kitchen and bathrooms were very dirty to disgusting. Printer in Pilots Lounge did not work with a sign saying so. Hot water dispenser not working. Limited lounge areas.

Kaiser is great for all your private jet needs. The service is great and they do a great job for charters.

OK, so I followed the Blue Angels in to the ramp at the airport. How cool is that?!?
The line guys at Kaiser are always on top of their game. (Speaking of which, the Oakland Raiders buses had arrived at the FBO, waiting for the team airplane to land.)
Usually the limo driver is allowed on to the ramp for airplane access pick up. Tonight, no limo. The line guys said that no limo had checked in yet. I walked into the FBO, looked around, walked out the front door, saw a limo sitting there with the driver yacking on his phone. I asked if he was the guy to pick up our passengers, he said yes. The knucklehead did not check in with the FBO, alerting them of his presence. I got the passengers onboard the limo and went back to the airplane to tidy things up.
Overall, I have always liked Kaiser Air. The Pilot Lounge needs new recliners because the one they have now are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever reclined.
Customer service is their strong suit. Plus they accept CAA card.
