Had 2 issues that needed attention: 1) tankless water heater not providing hot water quickly enough; often taking over 2 min of run time to get warm water to faucet. 2) moving A/C unit in order to have pavers installed in backyard. Don came out and within an hour and half, installed a recirculating pump that brings hot water to my faucet in 10 seconds, saving me hundreds (if not thousands) of gallons of water use in the future. He was also helpful in understanding how the system works.

Luis disconnected, moved and reinstalled my A/C unit so that I could get the work done on my hardscape in the backyard. Both of these fellows were ever so polite, professional and efficient, not to mention they cleaned up everything as if they were never there.

So pleased with the company that I have since referred a friend to have her furnace repaired by K&C, and will call on them for any future plumbing or HVAC problems.

It has been really hot so we decided to get air conditioning.
Got estimates from KC Home Services, Ongaro and Sons, and Moore Home Services. All three did top notch evaluations and explained everything in detail to us. We went with KC Home Services estimate for two reasons: 1.) They discovered a large pluming leak under the house and fully documented it, 2.) Virginia went out of her way to get the AC scheduled in just a few days. Note: This was after 5 PM on Friday evening.

Initial contact from KC Home services was Brook. He did a great job listening to what we wanted and helped us fit into our budget. He also discovered. the plumbing problems.

Mike and Chris installed the AC. They were able to preserve our existing furnace even though it is ancient. Did a great job and everything was top notch. We have AC now and its great.

Jonathan and Robert came next to fix all the plumbing problems. they had to replace a bunch of pipe that was failing and replumb the water softener. Again they did a great job even though they worked all day and into the evening to get our water back on.

Had a minor issue with the water softener. I figured out the problem, but KC sent out one of their experts, Daniel, to review my findings and insure all was good.

Daniel noticed a KC sticker on the furnace. I remembered the service. It was a Sunday in winter of 1997 or 1998. The house was freezing and the furnace wasn't working. I think it must have been Kevin of KC that came out and got us fixed up. Great service then too.

KC Home Services did everything we needed and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We made the right choice.

KC Home Services replaced our gas water heater and I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Daniel Cain, their service representative and the ladies in the office that took my call!
I will definitely be using this company in the future for any of my home repairs!

This is a good, honest, company. I was quoted by the installers of my mini split system to repair a leak and I was surprised at the cost on a system barely 2 years old. I talked to KC to get a second opinion/estimate. Well, Virginia set me straight. She had me call the other company back and tell them they needed to cover it under warranty. What kind of company does that? Me, knowing very little about mini split systems, could have easily had KC quote me and do the repair. But, they didn't want that and I really appreciate that. They saved me over $2k.

And, KC has done work for me in the past, not the most glamourous thing and I didn't think to write a review about it but, I had an attic fan put in a few years back. The installation went smoothly and it's still going strong. Solar powered. My tenant is happy that it has cooled the granny unit down.

We LOVE working with KC Home Services! We've had a couple of visits from them. This past visit was the same exceptional service that we had last time.

When Don and Daniel came, we were in a Zoom meeting. They did a fabulous job of flushing out our water heater and checking out all the water faucets and systems throughout our house-and managed to do so without disturbing our meeting!

Their report is clear and complete. We also deeply appreciate their honesty about what is imperative to handle and what can wait (or not be addressed at all.)

They left us feeling impeccably cared for! (They also discovered a dangerous situation that a previous company had left behind and fixed it.)

Have had a couple of experiences with them and all have been great. From the receptionist giving us great advice to the tech that came out being super friendly and going above and beyond. They've quoted us a couple of jobs and usually come in under quote/price.

Kevin and his team did an amazing install on a new heat pump/ air conditioning system in my house. Kevin did a great job explaining what components are ducting were the best choice for my house. I know when my system is ready for maintenance they will be my first call.

We urgently needed a plumber in Rohnert Park today and others were very busy. Carol at KC was so patient and professional, Virginia got us scheduled and Jonny our tech/plumber was amazing. From the clear quotes (no hidden fees), flat rates and easy to understand pricing system to Jonny's outstanding services at our home, we will be a customer for life! Truly appreciated that they sent a picture and bio of the tech prior to visit, text and email updates and receipts, and answered additional questions. Awesome service.

This is not my first recommendation for KC Home Services, and the reason is that they are always professional and reliable. So given the rains and my older home, my drain for the kitchen and the washing machine gets blocked once a year and it happened again last week. I called KC Home and they were fully booked but Lia who answered the phone understood just how urgent this was ( without it I can't use my kitchen sink, run laundry or use my dishwasher) and she squeezed me into the schedule. Mike and CJ showed up close to 7pm after they had a very long day but were able to help me. Not only were they clean and professional but they were thorough, they used a camera and recorded the drain pipe so I could see what's going on. They fixed it before 8pm and I was good to go. I also spoke with Virginia in customer service to think about a permanent fix to this old drain clean out pipe, more to come when that does happen.
I cannot say enough good things about this company from the way they listen and understand the problem and to the staff who came to my home, I feel safe with KC Home. And last but not least the pricing is extremely reasonable.

Ordered an HVAC inspection for a client and for $375 we got a 15-minute visit followed by endless marketing. Their advice was, in essence,'its an old system so just replace it' and proceeded to send a quote for $22-44k to my client

Mike, CJ and the crew did a terrific job of designing and installing our new drainage system. The before and after videos were like night and day. And they did it economically enough that we were able to include a new water heater in the project. We'd recommend them to anyone.
