I chose Keep Cool NYC due to the many favorable reviews, and their experience with installing Midea u-shaped window ACs. The technician Roman did a great job. I splurged and paid extra for plexiglass and a custom brace. It was worth every penny! The plexiglass allows more light and I'm able to open the window. I highly recommend Keep Cool!

Technicians came Thursday the 29th, and have to say, the whole experience from setting up the appointment (they ask of you detailed questions but it's important that they get as precise as possible to prevent mishaps) to the day of installation.

I offered to show them YouTube guides, because many people noted that this particular AC is a tough install. They told me it was ok, and that they can handle it. They definitely did, as it only took 30 - 40 minutes mins. The installers are very professional and nice to work with

I needed my 2 new AC units installed , same day: I filled the form and called in the morning, and they made it happen! I want to mention their price to install was half of the other quotes.. I recommend them highly. Great communication on email- use the fast form if you can. I even got my COI that day for my landlord. Thank you team Keep Cool NYC!!!!!

The online booker went back and forth with me 6 times , with immediate answers, to get it right. I felt like she was part of our winning team, she was also great and really knew what she was doing.

I wish there is a 6 star rating. The service I received from Keep Cool was beyond terrific both onsite and remote customer interaction. Questions are rapidly addressed (even after business hours) and scheduling was prompt. Documents (insurance forms) were executed swiftly. The awesome installer showed up exactly when he said he would. His work product was excellent. He was neat, tidy and very STRONG. Very little debris to deal with. This is a 6 star service for sure, and at least. I rarely write reviews. But, this is one I cannot miss. Keep Cool is a keeper for sure. Let's make it successful.

AC window installation was very well done. Price was much less than other
companies in the area. The tech was professional and on time and finished in a timely manner. Responses were quick and easy to set up an appointment. COI was done within time frame.
